I've used the Frame House of Tampa since moving to Tampa 30 years ago. The quality of their work and artistic ability to coordinate framing with works of art, documents, needle work, etc. cannot be matched. Wonderful and reputable business!

Ann and Ken ( family owned business) took a lot of time showing me different options, made suggestions and recommendations that matched my dand eacute;cor and needs. Very impressed with their knowledge and patience. No high sales pressure, they just wanted to make sure I was satisfied. While I was there 2 repeat customers from the Avila community brought in work, so I knew I was in the right place for sure. They were accommodating with the time I requested the work done and even offered tips of how to hang the units. Quality work at very reasonable prices and they delivered as promised. I will definitely have more work done there and highly recommend their services. They were getting ready to move their shop to a location a couple miles down the road but still had no problem completing the job. Great people to do business with.

The service I received at the Frame House was top notch. They have many years of experience in framing. They were very good at helping me choose the right frame, matting, and type of glass for showing off and preserving my art work. The quality of the actual framing work was excellent... I had gone to Michael's prior to Frame House and Frame House's quality is a million times better. The price ended up being similar to Michael's, even though they did a much better job and used better quality materials (like Larson-Juhl brand frames.) They did make a small mistake (which was an understandable one), but they corrected it quickly and proactively made sure that I was happy. I've had several experiences with vendors who make mistakes, but then act like it's my fault and are resistant to fixing the problem. Nobody is perfect 100% of the time and I think what can really set people apart is how they handle problems. I highly recommend Frame House.
