Well until there became a problem with the paint getting sticky and peeling. Pete Fortune came out one time to look at cabinets and agreed something needed to be done. He never followed up and now is refusing to take my phone calls. The contract offers a 3 year warranty and it has 20 months since job was done.

Pete and his crew were great. Pete was incredibly responsive, his team prompt, the painting all turned out great. The crew was very neat and left no trace - except for the excellent paint work!

I have a three year warranty on my house exterior paint job by Fortune Painting which will be up about May 2018, The paint is peeling off in a few places and they will not even return my call, they were supposed to be here on February 1 to make repairs and did not show up. I have called Pete about 9 or 10 times and he will not return my call.. Live and Learn. I would have appreciated a call back to either schedule repair or a call saying they are not making job good but you don't expect being ignored. I have called Pete's cell and the office with no results so I know I'm being ignored.

I was very impressed with them. How quickly they did the job and how they put plastic over everything. It was minimal work for me to get ready for them. They put plastic on the walls, floors, and everything. They say they leave your house as clean as when they came, and they truly did. They said the job would take three days, and they actually finished ahead of schedule. It looks great. I was very pleased.
They were very neat, very clean. They were on time. They did a really good job. If I had that type of a painting job, I would use them again. They were superb.

The initial job was fine. They treated us very well until the job was paid for. After about 7 months we started to notice the paint coming off during cleaning. Some of the cracks that they had repaired were becoming visible again. There was a 3 year workmanship warranty, so I called to let them know there was a problem. They made several appointments which they didn't keep, and have not been responding to emails and even phone calls. We were happy with everything until we tried to get some assistance from them. I waited for an entire day on more than one occasion without any notification that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. We just want them to fulfill the with the same level of service that they initially gave us.

"We want to first thank Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for the business, she way very helpful to us in the painting process of her home and pool deck. The pool deck did show signs of paint coming off, after an inspection we realized it was due to heavy patio furniture being moved around but in our eyes the "customer is always right" so we came back and re-sealed and painted the pool deck. Due to the rainy weather we were forced to re-schedule appointments and yes Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was very patient and understanding however these were issues that were out of our hands. The final outcome was a painted pool deck and hopefully her satisfaction. In the future we will always make sure our communication is never compromised. Thank you again for your business!!"

Very easy to work with, they know when you work with the (female) public, some last minute changes are pretty much a given, and it was. Easy to reach for questions and for those 'last minute ' changes I just mentioned. Will definately use again
