At first I I had made an appointment at 5 pm and they guy never said he was running late so I called to see if he was still coming and he showed up around 615 pm but when he came he was very neat and clean and the service was very good.

They did a poor job because some of the lights did not work. They came back three times and never fixed them. It still has not been done right. They are not dependable. Their price was probably comparable to other electricians. They were responsive, but they did not fix it.

They were very nice.

Repairman tested the wires and identifies the problem as the on/off switch.  I thought that the cost of the replacement switch was a high (more than half of the entire cost) but he had the piece of equipment and I did not.

FORCE ELECTRIC INC were very good and the job they did for us was excellent. They were very thorough and definitely knew what they were doing. They stayed with their original quote they gave us.

On time and professional. The $228 is to replace a few bulbs and to splice together a few wires. 2 1/2 hours work altogether. They offered me a quote on an electrical landscape box with labor at more than 2 times the cost of a competitor. Pricing is not competitive and I wouldn't consider using them again on that basis.

Sam was on time and is very intelligent. He really knows his business and is extremely qualified. When I called he answered right away and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. I thought the price was excellent.

Re-wired all switches and lights in my house.
Installed 4 new ceiling fans.
Installed 4 new indoor light fixtures.
Replaced my exterior flood lights with a new motion sensor flood light.
Replaced my exterior porch light.
Replaced 2 smoke alarms and installed 3 new ones.
Installed a wireless doorbell.
Added 2 outlets--one indoor and one outdoor for my deck.
I purchased the new fixtures, but they assembled and installed them.
Lorenzo and Scott were great! They climbed up into the attic, all thru the house, and down into the crawl space under my home to knock my house into the 21st Century. 
The work took 3 & 1/2 days to complete. They were neat, friendly, polite and competent. I will not hesitate to utilize Force Electric in the future.

If there was a rating higher than A, Sam Lemons would certainly receive it for the work he did for me. Thanks to a recommendation from John Velge of Bayard Construction, I got a quote from Force Electric almost two years ago. Unfortunately, at the time I had to replace my roof  and was unable to get the much needed electrical work done then. I recently had a short in the very old meter box outside, called TECO and after inspecting the problem, they advised I needed to call an electrician NOW. I called Sam, sent him a digital copy of the quote he'd given me and bless him, he still honored it. Work started on a Friday morning and was complete by Saturday. Not only did he do the major job I needed, but he also identified a hazardous electrical job that had been done on an exterior on-demand propane water unit. I called the emergency number for the propane company while Sam was still at the house late Friday. After a couple phone calls to Sam via mobile phone, the propane company agreed to pay Sam to rewire the unit. I now have a safe, brand new on/off switch in a weatherproof box with wiring rated for outside.
Sam and his staff were thorough, very professional, highly skilled at what they do and very neat with their work. There were a couple last minute things Sam had to come back to complete and he wouldn't take my payment until it was completely done. No sloppy, handwritten/illegible schematic to identify the breakers: Sam actually took the list home, after he and his staff identified all corresponding wires, and typed it, placed it in a protective plastic sleeve and taped it neatly inside the box. Who does that? Amazing! Just a small example of the professionalism and attention to detail. It's a shame all companies don't rise to this standard. Force Electric definitely deserves a Page of Happiness nomination.

I called Force Electric once I determined that there was a rattle in the exhaust fan of my rental property.  It was covered in black dust--it almost looked burnt and I was a little panicky.  They came out the same day and were very courteous and helpful.  It ended up being an easy fix, for which I was thankful.  I rated them a "B" for price because I could have probably fixed it myself if I wasn't so thrown off by how it looked.  Overall, they were very good and I would use them again.

Overall everything was exceptional and I have no complaints.

He came out the day we called at 7:30 to fix it for us so we could have air. Something was wrong with the main electrical box.

EXCELLENT. I RECOMMEND FORCE ELECTRIC FOR SMALL OR LARGE JOBS WITHOUT RESERVATION. THIS COMPANY ALSO COMPLETELY REWIRED MY SISTER'S 80-YEAR-OLD HOUSE A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

WORK WAS DONE WELL, AND THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
