They were very helpful and patient as we tried to figure out what would be best for our living space. They sent us home with samples initially and let us ponder about what colors and configurations we wanted and needed.  
The product was ready when they said it was, they called ahead to let us know the delivery day and time. The delivery men were very courteous and efficient. 
We will start with this store when every we need anything. There prices were good and the service the best.

Delivery took a bit longer then expected, but well worth the wait.

Natuzzi furniture takes about 14 weeks to be made but is well worth the wait. It is so well made and luxurious. Cynthia assisted us with our choices and was never pushy or overbearing, just really helpful and pleasant!

Cynthia Neumann, the store manager, was wonderful. She helped us pick out the style of furniture, and type and color of leather after listening to our needs (had to be beautiful yet durable because we have a lab who knows she is not allowed on the furniture but of course goes on it when we are not home...smile). I might add that my husband and I are both blind, so Cynthia volunteered to visit our home on her own time to make sure what we had selected style-wise and color-wise would look well there before we actually ordered it. Natuzzi furniture is custom-made in Italy and Cynthia told us it would be 14-16 weeks before we got it. I called a few times while we were waiting to find out the status of our furniture delivery time, and my phone calls were always returned within 24 hours. The furniture arrived 14 weeks after we ordered it, and it is just gorgeous! We couldn't be happier with the product or service from Florida Leather Gallery.
