Description of Work: Jimmy not only repaired my printer, by replacing the fuser and giving it a complete and thorough cleaning, but he also was able to repair my commercial grade copier/fax machine. He was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him. Oh, did I mention that he did this at my home?

 + -1 moreWe were serviced by Jimmy. I was a bit skeptical when I didn't see any reviews on Angie's List, but I decided to hire him after speaking with him on the phone. He picked up the phone the first time I called and was able to schedule me for the very next day at my convenience. He met me at my office and was able to get our printer to stop leaking in about 30 minutes. He was very polite and informative and even offered to come back to install a drum (at no extra charge) after giving advice on where I could get the best deal on it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: They fixed a leakage issue on an old laser printer (including a cleaning and running diagnostics).
