I already had a relationship with Brenda, having worked with her on the purchase of the property in 2001. I knew I wanted to ask her to help me with the sale because of my prior experience with her. She was responsive, accommodating, and very helpful from the start. I thought her to be more optimistic than me regarding the speed at which my home would sell, but she fortunately turned out to be correct, not only about the time needed but also what would be important or not important to a buyer. We had a contract within a month of listing. She kept me updated frequently, and responded promptly to my questions. Her expertise was invaluable.
