Received the clear inspection fine but it was missing the termites. Attempted to contact Russ. We scheduled him to come check out what we found. He delayed the appointment before not showing up outright. When we contacted him, he categorically denied any responsibility and was quite rude.

Other than for the initial inspection, the contractor basically never showed up when he said he was going to. We ended up rescheduling numerous times. During the last inside treatment, it became evident that the contractor damaged our new wood floor in the house (likely an accident), which he neglected to tell us. He was totally unreliable. On the plus side, he sounded like he knew about pest control. We had a different contractor come in to do follow-up work and inspections. He said that the FBI contractor did a good job of applying the product.
