Poor customer service. Balls disintegrated within 6 months. Purchased additional balls for Christmas for spouse to replace the disintegrated balls. Spouse received two sets of balls. Tried to return one set to the store with all receipts. Store refused to return money regardless of all of the other purchases. "Refunds store credit only. Deposits are not refundable. No returns after 7 days of purchase." We were building a new house and instead of ordering the table once the house was completed, Florida Billiard encouraged us to place the order prior to completion. We paid all cash up front. The table came in prior to the house being completed. They reminded me when returning the balls that they had done us a favor by storing the table for less than 2 months while the house was completed. This is after they encouraged us to pay up front. Not happy with product and especially not with the service or lack thereof.
