Very well. Chuck and Camillo made sure everything was right. Any pieces that weren't perfect were replaced before final payment.

I would strongly recommend that you use another company. A terrible experience (that's still going on...). They didn't cut the floor panels correctly and it took them two months to do a horrible "fix". If I could upload the pictures I would and believe me, that's all you would need to see to opt for a different company. I had Flooring Master put down the Floor Art - Rocky Mountain floors in my townhouse. Camilo (sales) was great - and I had a great experience in the showroom as I picked out my flooring. The floors were put down and look great, however the panels by the stairs were cut incorrectly. The workers knew it, but instead I was forced to wait TWO MONTHS for them to "complete" to job with a horrible "fix" that saved the company money but looks horrible. I've taken to Google reviews because I have no where else to turn. I can't get these guys to come finish my floor correctly. The website says 5-star service - that's a joke. I'd give them 0 if I could. Please save yourself the aggravation and use another company. Feel free to contact me and I'll send over the pictures of this horrible job.

Everything went well and the floor looks great. The tile installer was great. He was a very hard worker, working quickly and neatly. He also left the bathroom area and the outside work space very clean. My only suggestion for Flooring Master is to improve communication with the customer, specifically in updating them when tile will be in and when the install will be. I went under contract, and after not hearing for a few days, I initiated contact with them for information.

The intial instalation was a big job, and Camilo Mejio, the GM, was extremely hellpful in going over options. This man is a class act. He was there to quickly return every phone call. His staff is EXCELLENT. Denis  was the main installer and he too was outstanding, polite, hardworking, and also fun. The rest of the staff were just great.
The outcome is/was spectular. MANY friends wanted their names and even some other condo  owners that had other  companies install their wood floors were dismayed that they didn't use Flooring Master. The floors are exquisite!
A year later, with aprox 30% of the wood needing replacement, due to the food, once again FM was quick to respond. Camilo came out within a few days, even with his grade school son (who he had in his car that afternoon...actually an adorable young boy who read while we went over the mess with Camilo). They got the new, replaced wood installled almost immediately and went to great lengths to match the wood (A PLUS job), and it went perfect,considering our flood disaster.
I misunderstood something on the bill but that was my fault. I cannot recommend Flooring Master enough. Their prices are excellent (not the cheapest but a bargain for their quality) and I told them to use my name and give out my number for any prospective customers.
Listen, I deal with GCs, subs, plumbers, etc etc every day in my job. I might rank this company as one of the top 2-3 in my life. Integrity, class, communication, quality,....just a wonderful company. A Plus Plus.

They were very professional. I didn't have any problem.

I was looking for estimates. Matt finally contacted me, made an appointment, but never showed up, didn't call, nothing. When I called back, Camilo came out, gave an estimate and was to call to figure a time when he could schedule the job. Did he call? No. I did call his office TWICE, once the day after and once the following day. He never returned my call, so I called someone else who seems much more amenable to doing the job.

They worked hard, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I am VERY particular on things, and noticed a small area that seemed uneven after they left. It wasn't really a big deal to me, and I asked if there was a simple fix. Next thing I knew they came back and tore out more than 300sf because he said that they would rather it be perfect than have an issue down the road.They replaced it all at their expense and it looks great!
The only issue I have is that they had to reorder a transition plate and reinstall it. I haven't heard back since. I have tried calling and no response. - that is why responsiveness is sub-par. I will update when I have heard back

Flooring is not of the quality we expected. It was only down 6 - 8 months when we noticed defective areas and are still waiting for replacement of many planks that are defective and/or did not hold up as expected. The manufacturer reps from Quick Step have been out to inspect and take pictures, but no resolution as yet. I had most correspondence through email, since this seemed to be easier, however, response is slow or not at all. When an appointment was made it was kept and they were on time, except for the last time when the Quick Step reps came out. The Flooring Master rep didn't make it. Salesman very polite and courteous. Installers were also. Very disappointed in the quality of the flooring.

I had an excellent experience with them. They have excellent customer service. Camilo, the person who came out to the house, was excellent. He was wonderful and he took a lot of time with me. I changed my mind on which flooring I wanted and it was no problem. He gave it to me for almost the same price even though it was a higher grade. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased and the people were very nice. Their pricing is very competitive.

This was the second time I have used Flooring Masters to do flooring in my house. I was pleased both times. The two sales people, Mauricio and Camilo, are very attentive and polite gentlemen. I am not an easy person to deal with, and they were patient and accommodating. Their product is high quality and they had the best price. The workers who laid the tile, carpet and laminate wood floor worked quickly, quietly and professionally. The finished product was beautiful. Before they laid new carpet, I had had my house painted and furniture was all over the place. Not only did they put back the furniture they moved, but they also put back all the furniture the painters moved. I highly recommend this company. I would use them again and not even bother to get other bids.

Flooringmaster was extremely professional and responsive to my needs. I literally called them on a Saturday with an urgent need to have my office completed tht day. Camilo immediately came with a few samples and installed the hardwood on that very same day. I absolutely love when companies provide fast customer service with quality work. It is very rare! I will be using them again for future jobs.

Camilo was our project manager. From the very beginning he was very, very honest and knowledgeable. We received quotes from three local companies and it was a long process for us to decide what company to go with. Camilo was always patience and came to our home six times! to show us samples and answer questions.

The installers were as good as they could be... they were always on time, respectful and very friendly :) When the tile was removed, they took their time to first cover all our furniture and kitchen cabinets. Dust was still bad... however, and this was incredible! Camilo hired a company to come and clean the house! I’ve never seen a company do that before...

Floors look great, a lot of attention to detail and great service. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I had to.

So far my experience with them has been exceptional. I have high praises for them. They were able to stay within my budget. They brought samples right here to the house. They invited me into their showroom. The man was extremely well informed. This person answered every question honestly. He would educate me on the different quality of the different samples. He was showing me better floors than anyone else. It's actually going to be an upgrade from the floors I have now. He is extremely professional and they are going to take care of everything for me. They know who you are when you call them on the phone. You are not a number and that is a nice feeling.
