FL SUNCOAST MOVING

FL Suncoast showed up an hour late for delivery. They failed to scout out my street address to see if their large truck could even fit. On delivery day, they wasted hours to return to their warehouse and transfer all the crates/boxes to several smaller trucks to fit on my narrow street. After my wife and I unpacked/removed some of the boxes from the newly laid wood floors, we realized some major scratches, gouges, and dents in the new floor caused by sliding furniture around on the floor. We contacted FL Suncoast about the damage, and they ensured a inspector would come to the home. After several more phone calls and several weeks of waiting, an inspector came out and agreed the damage was legitimate and caused by the movers. We received a $2400 repair quote from the flooring company who did the original install. Once FL Suncoast received the quote, they refused to fund the repairs, and Mr. Gary Laplant became belligerent. They were completely unprofessional and unreasonable.
