Fix My Computer On Site

My wife and I have been clients for well over ten years. Over that time we have certainly had our share of technical difficulties and every time Carlos and Ivonne have gotten us past them. One time - even thought they were on vacation - they answered the call and got us through it until they returned. They are very good AND responsive!

Carlos and Ivonne run an exceptional business. Carlos is absolutely amazing. We had a new computer, laptop and printer that needed to be installed. Within a few minutes of arriving at the house, we lost our AC. The poor man worked for 5 hours in the heat trying to teach old people new technology . He did an excellent job and explained things in ways you could understand. His knowledge is so vast it was impressive. We will continue to use him with any of our computer needs...which I'm sure we'll drive him crazy with our questions. A special note...our dog thought he was wonderful.

I spoke with Carols over the phone and ordered a screen based on my computers make and model number. He came to install what I had ordered. It didn't fit. So, then Carlos took the old screen out and we got the actual part number. I ordered another screen and it arrived. Carlos returned and installed the new screen. Carlos then helped to clean up my computer so it would run more quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Carlos was very helpful. Not only fixed my computer problem but also made a few suggestions and cleaned some virus issues. I highly recommend anyone in need to call them. Everything was done remotely. Didn’t even have to leave my house. It was perfect.

Very smoothly. Had an issue with making appointment using Angie's List provider number but called the local number myself and left message. Call was immediately returned and appointment was set-up. Carlos came to our home and worked through all of our issues and got 2 laptops taken care of and working smoothly. Excellent customer service all the way around. As a side note, I work for a very large retirement community in the area. Unbeknownst to me some of our residents have been using Fix my Computer On Site & Carlos for years. I had no idea. I want to mention this as it takes a very special, patient person to work with seniors. So whether you have some computer knowledge or very little at all, this company and Carlos can help you at reasonable prices. We will definitely use them/him again.

Carlos came on time. He worked on my computer,my smart phone and my tablet simultaneously. He was very patient and explained how my three devices work. I will indeed call him again when my devices need to be checked.

Excellant work. Carlos & Yvonne are top notch business owners and dedicated to solving problems and listening to your needs. He came to my home and upgraded the speed and provided cleanup of the system and tips to ensure my web security. I thought I was using protection (Mcafee & others) but his tools found 30 bugs and thus left here with a clean & healthy system. Prior to this visit, he repaired a very locked up computer needing diagostic repairs, which he took to his shop. and put his mad skills on. This resulted in a recovered system and my computer was back to normal. Three words best describe FMCOS: Integrity, Trustworthy & Skillful.

It went excelently. Yvonne was very easy to get hold of and made the appointment for Carlos through her. Carlos was punctual and I could tell right away my computer was in capable and trustworthy hands. He was friendly and able to answer all of my many questions and did a thorough job of checking all my systems out on my computer. I will definitely call them again and recommend them highly. Carlos responded when two of my regular computer techs didn't return my calls. He was very knowledgeable and found and eliminated an amazing/frightening number of viruses. He was courteous and tolerant of my constant chattering. I will keep Carlos's number and will call him without hesitation.

We set up the appointment through Ivonne, who did a great job of communicating when to expect Carlos to arrive. Carlos did an excellent job of reestablishing our internet connection and doing other computer maintenance which resulted in increased computer speed. Both Ivonne and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Carlos did an exceptional job of cleaning up the problems and identifying how I can get more Internet speed plus protect my systems better in the future. Great job to fix messy problems. He was extremely helpful and a very professional guy, glad to find him as my resource for my systems.

Great job by Carlos but unfortunately the motherboard on the desktop went bad and we had to purchase new desktop. Carlos will be transferring data and setting up new computer this week.

Great, I got a great education on multiple search engines, backup and storage as well as antivirus etc. Best of all my computer is very fast now. I was so happy with Carlos' service, I asked him to also rehab my laptop which I hadn't used in a while and it's like new. Carlos is an awesome Tech!!! The service was done in my home which was my preference. I listed it as in office to not have my address published!

It went great. Carlos came out the next day and resolved the issue. In addition he cleaned up all the files on my computer and got rid of unnecessary or dangerous ones. He took his time with us and made sure all our problems were resolved, as well as providing important advice, before he left.

Great! I have had Carlos come out on two separate occasions now. Both times he came out promptly and was able to fix the issues that I was having and answered other questions as well. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and doesn't make you feel stupid while explaining things. His wife Ivonne does the scheduling and she will call to get more info on what you need and let you know when Carlos can come out. Highly recommend using this great husband and wife business. A+
