It went very well. They recommended Richard DeFrietas who arrived on schedule, and completed the assembly in good time. The treadmill works fine. Richard was very professional, obviously knew what he was doing, and was nice to work with.

Amazing - I spoke with Kevin, the owner, and explained my needs. He directed me to a "recumbent elliptical", which I had never heard of. It suited my needs perfectly, at a very fair price. The follow up contact from Kevin was terrific. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with fitness equipment needs - top flight in all respects.

Unbelievable great! I had no idea upon calling but Kevin was super helpful in explaining the process and also the piece of equipment. He stayed on top of it up until I received confirmation of shipment. Very easy and nice transaction. The shipment was from Miami to Indiana and it arrived on time and the equipment is perfect! My advise is, I wouldn't have any reservations about ordering from this company, the service is unbeatable and the equipment was actually more than I had hoped for. Well worth the money! Great price! Very, very pleased. Very nice, courteous & informed company! And yes, I will purchase my next piece of gym equipment from them.

Fitness Trendz provided us with quality, refurbished commercial grade ellipticals for our Fitness Center. Kevin and his staff were professional throughout the process. Provided bids, advice, a tour of his facility, and answered our questions honestly. The entire process, from beginning to end, was a pleasure. They answered my e- mail right away and provided a referral to a gentleman that works with them to service customers' treadmills. This service technician, Ben, was professional and provided me with very good advice. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone using pictures and video footage. He was very careful about spending my money since I was dealing with an older treadmill for which not all parts are still available. I was very impressed.

Purchased a new Cybex Arc Trainer model 771AT from Kevin at Fitness Trendz  of Tampa. Kevin was verry professional in all transactions pertaining to answering questions and concerns about his company and Cybex. Equipment arrived in a prompt manner as described. After setting up and using it, it more than exceeded my expectations (wife's also). Top shelf experience all around.  Would not hesitate to do business again.  P.S. don't let Kevin's size scare you, he's a pushover!

I contacted Fitness Trendz through Angie's List looking for service on a treadmill (important to note that I did not purchase my treadmill through this company).  Even though I was not a customer of theirs, Fitness Trends answered my email and referred me to a "sister company" that provides service on machines like mine.  I didn't even have to make a call, the service provider called me!  I explained my situation, and even though he could have given me a quote for an expensive repair (which I'm sure would not have been practical on a lower end treadmill like mine), he gave me great advice that might help me get a few more miles out of my current machine.  Customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced.  I will definitely be contacting Fitness Trendz when I'm in the market for a new treadmill.

They have tons of top-brand commercial-grade equipment, in really good shape. The owner, Kevin, was very helpful and showed me exactly what I wanted, in the price range I needed. Cleaned it up and shipped it out. A really pleasant buying experience, great customer service and communication.

Kevin was wonderful- he met my husband and I on a Saturday and discussed our needs. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented. We ended up getting an entire home gym. Our equipment was delivered in a timely manner and Kevin followed-up after the delivery. One of the rubber covers that covered a foot on our treadmill came off during delivery and Kevin was replaced it quickly.

I never knew this exercise machine existed (VersaClimber) until my son told me about it and I became convinced that I needed it for the reason that it allows a full body cardio (or resistance--very hard for very long) workout with the most caloric expenditure per unit time, relative to a treadmill, bike, rower, etc. Admittedly, although I may not look like it, I am a fitness nut. If I don't exercise five days out of the week I get depressed. In my basement I have a military-grade treadmill (used to weigh 300lbs.), an elliptical trainer, a dumbbell weight stack, a Power Plate (vibration machine), a 120lb training bag and a speed bag.
When I first emailed Fitness Trendz on a weekend, I received a reply within a few hours. I called Kevin a day or so later to ask some specific questions as I have never used a versaclimber previously. He confirmed my impressions from online research; and I told him I was interested in the machine. He told me he would email me the shipping cost, which he did. I was told the machine was used, but in good shape. I was a little nervous because I knew the machine was sizable and that the cost of shipping pretty much made it a permanent transaction; but, as I said, I'm a fitness nut and I pulled the trigger.
The shipping company called me 3-4 days later and the machine was offloaded in my garage a day later. The machine was disassembled and bolted into a large wooden crate that was wrapped in cardboard and plastic. It took me about 30 minutes to dismantle the packing. It was so thoroughly packaged and secured that I suspect it could have fallen off the truck and tumbled down the side of a ravine without coming to any harm. Had I wanted, I could have built a tree-house with the leftover crating material.
My first thought, as I was unpacking it was that it was new and that there must have been a mistake. It was only after looking at one of the pedals that I saw some minor evidence of prior use. It was very intuitive to assemble, and it looked as new, standing upright in my basement, as it did coming out of the box.
I had a small problem with one of the buttons on the keypad. I could still use the machine, and did (daily) until a replacement keypad arrived in the mail that the customer service at Fitness Trendz arranged to have sent to me at no charge. I had emailed Fitness Trendz with my problem and they responded immediately; I was given the phone no. for tech support (Ben) and he identified the difficulty--3-4 days later the replacement part came.
I now have a wonderful piece of equipment that is of a very high build quality, and it is basically new at a discounted price. It is not a question of if I ever buy another piece of exercise equipment, but when, and when I do, Fitness Trendz will be the first place I check.

Kevin and two workers from Fitness Trendz arrived with our used (but in new condition) treadmill and equipment. The made sure it was working properly. They were very nice and professional.
