After my mother passed away, I was left with taking care my father which included any business/responsibilities. We mainly dealt with Kim, but also with Jeff Fishman. A nice small business. We made several visits as my father liked to pay his bill in person and they were always so pleasant to him. It was great to see a dog friendly business. What a sweet dog! Our visits were nice and quick. The times that I needed to call with questions when we were in the midst of selling Dad's property, Kim was extremely helpful. An example: After we closed on the property, I called to see if the closing paperwork had been received. During the call, I asked Kim if she could call me and let me know if they "did not" receive the paperwork so I could contact the title company. Well, when they did receive the paperwork most businesses would have not called since I stated if they "did not" receive it. Other businesses would have just left me hanging and not knowing----and I probably would have called again. ***Good business practice: Kim called to let me know that they "did" receive it. Now, this may seem like something small- but this was going the extra mile to make sure that your customer is well informed. When you are dealing with something this important that meant the world to us. She saved me extra time and stress. This is just a small example of what I had seen while dealing with Fishman Mortgage.
