CALLED TO INQUIRE IF THEY BOUGHT PRIVATE MORTGAGES, THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE SAID THE SAME THING AS SHE'D SAID BEFORE WHICH MADE ME REALIZE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THIS MADE ME THINK THAT SHE HADN'T TALKED TO ANYONE REGARDING MY QUESTION, AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE SHE TOLD ME NO. I ASKED AGAIN AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. HER ENTIRE DEMEANOR WAS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT.
