Scott called me back the same day. He was able to come out within a day or two of my initial phone call. He sealed up my window for me and I had him check on my other Windows as well to make sure everything was OK with them before he left. He was both courteous and professional and I would hire him again for any issues with my windows.

Outstanding, everything went as promised. Very professional, excellent work ethic, responsible, friendly, honest, and dependable.

Scott came and removed the Stanak insulated window that had sun damage on the inside . Ordered a new glass and replaced in a professional manner. He was very punctual in his response and installation was completed in a short amount of time. Cleaned up and left the area like it was when he arrived. I will definitely use him again when needed. .Overall, very happy with the work.  Scott from Fermco was very professional, punctual, and the work looks great.  All the options for the work were clearly explained so I could make the best decision which path to take.  Now to be honest, I have not done my own leak test to verify the leaks were truly repaired, but I have confidence that there will be no issues going forward.  I would recommend Fermco to anyone considering having window work done, and I plan to use him again myself.

Scott was very helpful over the phone with the estimate and worked me in to his schedule the same day. He replaced our window pane so that we did not have to replace the whole window.

Rebuttal: It shocks me because weve done work for him five times in about six years and has never complained before. The seal on thermopane windows can break and turn the glass foggy. Thats what happened. When they installed he either got a bad batch or someone pressure washed the windows and broke seal because all of the windows arew foggy. We dont make windows, we just repair. We dont even install. The warranty issue is between him and the manufacturer. He got our name from the manufacturer which refers us in out-of-warranty situations.
