STAY AWAY! Once they get your $ you’re DEAD to them. Bought over 200K in appliances/fixtures. Sold me a discontinued wine cooler that never worked. Rather than replace they tried to fix- it’s been four months, STILL WAITING! Sold me a beer dispenser with no drain!! No interest in rectifying their fails. THEY don’t even know how to use their fancy Miele appliances. No how-to videos from either the manufacturer or Ferguson. Think about it… I spent over 200K with this company and I AM NOTHING to them. What chance do you think you’ll have⁉️Try your best to buy from someone else.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We purchased our entire Luxury brand new home appliances and plumbing fixtures from them , and we've had endless problems. Three out of Five major appliances were defective , and plumbing fixtures dented. FERGUSON will NOT take any responsibility instead they send a third party service company to "fixed" the defective appliances. The third party ruined completely one of our appliances and now neither FERGUSON or the service company will do anything about it.
They delivered defective appliances and they will NOT replace, exchange, or credit back.

I felt going to a showroom to remodel two
bathrooms would provide me with the guidance and assistance to make the process
smooth. Cathy assisted me in the selection process and seemed nice enough at
the time. I asked that all items were in stock to make our renovation process
faster. She assured me all items including cabinets were in stock before
placing the order. After paying almost $12,000 I was notified a cabinet was not
in stock and would take a month to arrive. I was not happy but figured it was
the only hiccup. Not even close next I received my two medicine cabinet
mirrors. I need wall mounted mirrors and the mirrors Cathy suggested needed to
be recessed. Due to a load baring wall cabinets could not be recessed. To
return the mirrors I was instructed there was a 25% restocking fee. Next
problem I ordered a bathroom vanity with a granite counter top included. Cathy
did not tell me the backsplash was not included and was not ordered. Therefore
after the fact and with more time delay the backsplash had to be ordered. The
final error that occurred was she ordered a tub faucet instead of a sink
faucet. When address problems Cathy was nice but always said she would email me
with an answer Emails and phone calls
took days to return. This may not seem like long but when you need bathrooms
complete to move into a house time is money. Overall all the problems and
errors added an extra month to our bathroom renovations. I told Cathy we were
not happy with our experience at Ferguson and all I got was and quot;I'm sorryand quot;.

We were disappointed with the quality, when I contacted Ferguson with the concern, they replaced what was concerning me but maybe we just didn't buy the top of the line or something. I really liked the customer service, but the quality was a disappointment. I'm not sure about the price, but what we got wasn't cheap because they don't sell cheap there, and it wasn't their most expensive either. I think I would use their services again, I thought about it recently.

They have a large selection both in their showroom and online. They have some knowledgeable sales representatives. They have good customer service and also give a lifetime guarantee for the things you buy from them. I've called them with some discussions and they call right back with the answers to my questions.

I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. The lady I worked with, Lisa, could not have done more to make this whole process easy. She looked up prices, gave suggestions and completed the order on time.

I would recommend them to anyone. They are informative in telling you about what the product is and what it can and cannot do. They are a good go to place if you need superior plumbing supplies.

Iwent in to showroom a bit grungy as my uncle and I were working on our bathroom and needed to find a new valve/hardware for my shower. The lady was a bit pretentious at first I'm assuming by our looks but as I started talking to her she started to be very nice and helpful. She certainly knew her information about all the manufactures and what they carry. She told me exactly what I needed and called it in to their warehouse since they did not have the items in stock and we drove to the other Fergusonslocation. It is `nice to find an employee who actually knows their job. Very Professional.

We decided to shop from Ferguson Stores mainly because they have quality products. We have used them before and we liked what we had bought from them. They were very responsive to our needs. They were absolutely punctual with the delivery. They were very professional. We would use them again in the future.

They didn’t do any work for us. They had the stuff on display. We did go to another store, but we really didn’t see anything we liked. That’s why it didn’t work out for us and so we went to more of a plumbing store like Ferguson. We wanted better quality than what they had at other stores. Ferguson has a wide selection. They have a lot on display and that was one of the things we wanted. They have cabinets on display and tubs on display. They had a lot of stuff you could look at so you wouldn’t have to look in a book. We did have to call them more than once if we had to get something, but it was very minor. We had to do the followup and they don’t do the followup that we would have liked them to do. We had a problem with one of the pieces since it was damaged. So the woman that we dealt with over there did call the manufacturer and we had to followup rather than get the call from them. The manufacturer didn’t want to give us a whole lot off and they sent us another piece. We then went back and told Ferguson that it was costing the manufacturer $125 to ship it and yet they were only taking off a very small amount. It didn’t make sense that they wouldn’t take more off the price for the damaged piece. We told them that we would keep the piece that we have because the second one that came was worse. So she went back and forth and she finally got them to take half the price off. So that was a really good thing and they really did a great job. We went in without an appointment because we just wanted to see, but they generally suggest that you schedule an appointment. They took care of us and helped us. They didn’t keep us waiting at all. They were very professional. We did go back to look at some stuff since we were doing our other bathroom as well, but their prices for what we wanted were a little high. So we are not actually going to get the work done through them, but we would go back to them in the future too.

Our sales person was delightful. She was very well educated and provided us with insight in making out choices. The whole process is a bit overwhelming and they made it easy.

I really enjoyed working with the kitchen designer, Kristine. She had been the designer on my kitchen remodel, and I wanted her to do my bathroom. She took my ideas and made them better. The new kitchen cabinets /bath showroom is great, and has a lot more to choose from than the home improvement centers. I was able to get my same Omega cabinets and quartz countertops, as I have in my kitchen, but for the bathroom.
