The process took a couple of weeks for permitting and concrete floor, and then the the entire porch was built by 3 men in a day! They are all nice people and do really nice work!

THIS COMPANY GAVE US A VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND THEN HUNG IN THERE WITH US DURING OUR WAIT(one and 1/2 months) FOR A VARIANCE BOARD TO OK OUR POOL CAGE. HANK DOLL WAS ALWAYS VERY PATIENT IN EXPLAINING ALL ASPECTS OF THIS PROJECTS AND FOLLOWS PROPER PROCEDURES IN HIS BUILDING REQUIRMENTS ACCORDING TO LAW. THE CREW WAS THE HARDEST WORKING GROUP OF YOUNG MEN.  THEY WERE PROMPT, PLEASANT, AND ALSO TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD.  THE RESULTS ARE A BEAUTIFUL POOL CAGE AND SCREENED IN PORCH, WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER  WITH FCC.  LOOKING FORWARD TO THEM DOING MORE PROJECTS AROUND OUR HOME.   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I would recommend this company.  Terry was professional and for the most part quick to respond.  the project cost was as promised.  We had a slight communication which was quickly worked out. they did the job as promised.

Hank came out to our house to provide us with an estimate to extend our patio and complete a screen enclosure.  He gave us a very thorough walk-through of the steps for the entire process.  In addition, he brought samples of the screen, the metal siding and the various types of screws.  Once we agreed to have FCC perform the services, Hank immediately proceeded with getting the necessary permits.  It was around the holidays, so my husband and I were actually out of town, but we came back to a completed patio extension.  It was quite exciting!!  Our neighbors informed us that they had kept an eye on the work while we were away.  The final product looks amazing.  We had to call, however, to have the drainage gutter moved to the other side of the screen, as well as the pickup/removal of their leftover supplies.  Hank requested that we not provide them with the remaining balance for the project until those items had been completed.  We were very happy with Hank's professionalism and we are thrilled to have the additional living space.  We have also received many compliments on the structure and are happy to have a well-built enclosure.  We will definitely work with FCC again in the future.

The first time FCC did work for us was as a subcontractor when we had our pool area remodeled and they re-screened only a portion of our enclosure. The second time was two years later when we called them directly to re-screen the remainder of the enclosure. It was at this time when we came to realize that the pool company that subcontracted with them ordered them to use a standard-grade screening instead of the premium-grade we paid for. When Hank from FCC learned this, he had his people re-screen the original portion at no cost to us although it was not his fault nor responsiblity to do so as it was the pool contractor who was at fault. Service and honesty like that is simply a rarity these days and we highly recommend this company. His workers are prompt and personable, do perfect work and cleanup up thoroughly when the job is completed.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS AN "A" OVERALL. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND
WAS COMPLETED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE OWNER HANK DOLL WAS
MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT REAL COMMUNICATIVE, BUT THEY DID A QUALITY JOB
AND STEADILY WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE (GOOD WORK ETHIC).

WE EVEN HAD ONE SMALL PROBLEM COME UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND
THE EMPLOYEES CAME BACK OUT TO FIX IT A FEW DAYS LATER AT NO COST.

THIS COMPANY IS HONEST, NO HIDDEN COSTS, AND THEY WANT TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER.
WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WE ALREADY HAVE!
