"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback and review. We are sincerely sorry we have not met your expectations because total customer satisfaction is our main goal. When we placed your door order with the manufacturer we also ordered the same size screens to properly fit. Unfortunately, when the doors were installed we determined at that time the screens were the wrong size. When we reordered the screens our service technician wrote it up as 75 7/8 but it came in at 76 1/2. We reordered again, and they arrived wrong from the manufacturer. We can certainly understand your frustration and want nothing more than to complete your project to your satisfaction. It's never an easy situation when products arrive wrong from the manufacture because the turnaround time is never quick enough. We appreciate your patience and look forward to coming out on 5/15 to finish up your project. Mr. [Member Name Removed], We have installers that are certified to do work in dozens of municipalities from Central Florida to Tampa. There are different rules for most. Some municipalities want fasteners exposed and some do not require it. Gulfport has different guidelines and you aren't allowed to even caulk a window on the inside of the home until its inspected. Gulfport is the only municipality that requires this. Once this was brought to our attention we came back out and remedied the situation. An oversight was made and we understand your frustration. We will complete your project to your satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding and patience."

"Thank you for your feedback. We wish there was a better solution for your handle issue. We've had our service technicians out to look at the door to make sure it operates properly and it does. We reached out to the manufacturer about your issue and unfortunately the manufacturer sells one style of handle for this door. This door is the most popular sliding door we offer and we haven't heard of this issue before. We have offered to replace the panel with a recessed handle and that was not a suitable option. We wish there were more we could do to make you 100% satisfied."

On June 27, 2014, my wife and I entered into an agreement with FAS company to purchase and have installed thirty-four (34) windows and five (5) doors at our home. The total transaction fee was quoted at $36,942 and we placed $18,471 down as a deposit.
Fifteen (15) months later, and the final parts were just now delivered.
We were told over and over again when we gave FAS nearly twenty-thousand dollars that this was a ?6-8 week job?.
Through a series of inexplicable mishaps on FAS? end, we had:
-
Multiple and routine delays from month 1, mostly without explanation
-
Misrepresentations, misleading, and fraudulent sales practices
-
Undelivered promises followed up by routine periods of no communication from FAS employees for weeks and sometimes for months at a time with no updates to us
-
Lack of timely returned calls, oftentimes after us making multiple calls to multiple FAS people
-
Six (6) different installation visits to our home
-
Incorrect windows and doors delivered and/or installed; not just once, but three times (3x)
-
Shoddy installation of the large kitchen window which included FAS using a box cutter to artificially cut the sashes in order to make the window fit into the standard window sill. The insulation and other materials can be seen leaking out of the four corners of the most viewed window in our entire home (see photos).
The company?s literature and website espouses its stellar reputation and customer testimonials.
That certainly has not been our experience. Quite the contrary, we are now unfortunately needing to seek legal relief as the CEO of FAS has sent us a final invoice even though we have refused to sign off on the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee certificate.
Incidentally, the independent installers have been fantastic and have provided high quality work.
The CEO blames the sales person and the window manufacturer for our problems.
I strongly advise you go elsewhere and save your time, money, and peace of mind. Do not choose FAS.
"FAS would like to open this response with an apology to the customer as this project took an unusual amount of time to complete and we fully understand the customer’s frustration. During the project we encountered a full range of issues that helped add to the lengthy completion timeline, but we worked with the customer to make sure what was ordered is what we installed. FAS completes 99% of contracted jobs without issue, but unfortunately not all projects go according to plan. Throughout this process there was never any excuses made or blame placed other than on us as an organization. The project passed county inspection on 8/12/15 and has been acknowledged by the homeowner that we are 100% installed and delivered. After the project was completed FAS provided an honorable customer service discount to the customer with an invoice for the remaining balance. Quickly following that correspondence we received multiple poor online reviews, which are understandable for the timeline of the project; but also legal threats to escape paying the entire balance, plus asking FAS pay back a portion of their original deposit. The customer’s expectations of a discount of this nature are unrealistic and irrational. FAS is a small business and there are hard costs associated with every project and we simply cannot afford to absorb a discount of this magnitude. This project took much longer than expected, but FAS remained steadfast through the process to make sure the final product met our high quality standards to the absolute completion of the contract. We apologize for the delays and bumps in the road along the way and have communicated that profusely to the customer, but feel that our reputation of high quality work should leave the final impression at the residence."
"Thank you for your feedback. We are always 100% focused on doing the best job possible for our customers. We work with many different manufactures which is what makes our company unique. However sometimes we receive product that shouldn't have passed the manufactures quality assurance protocol before being ship to us. Unforeseen bumps in the road unfortunately happen and we are very thankful for your business and allowing us to do what it took to fix everything to your satisfaction."
