Family Air

The price was probably pretty good. They are a small company so they don't have to pay a lot of overhead. They are the way to go. I have had other companies that do a lot of advertising with good grades who were awful. 

They are very good. They are very professional and on time. They have great pricing. If you have any problems, they are right there with you.

They do excellent work. We use them for any problems we have.

Family Air's Paul installed our air-conditioner last spring and I have been meaning to write a review since.  He also updated how our air handler was taking in air and truly made such a huge difference in how the air flows throughout the house. Service has been impeccable, Paul and the company answer phone calls at all times of day and night and even have come out on a sunday to try to help fix a problem, which wasn't even their problem to fix.  So helpful and insightful, other experiences with HVAC companies in the area have always left me with a sour taste.

Just great. Came over the same day to provide an estimate. Showed up right on time, performed the work well and before the morning ended, and cleaned up all of his work. Voluntarily checked the outside units and found a fan's capacitor wasn't working. Replaced it free of charge! Highly recommend.

They were on time, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

It went smoothly. The entire process only took about 5 hours on a Saturday. Paul and the crew were real professional, explained thoroughly everything they did. I put the entire project out to bid to 5 different vendors (with Angie's List ribbon winners being 3 of the 5). Not only was Family Air the lowest bid, their unit (Trane) was the highest rated unit via Consumer Reports over the other 4 units (Rheem and Comfortmaker). I am extrememly happy with the entire process and would recommend them to others.
