 + -1 moreMy name is Stacy Kitchell, and I am a Keller Williams Realtor. I have done closings with Fairview Title multiple times over the past 3 years and their service is excellent. Shelley, Monica, Rachel and Ashley are an efficient, organized team. Not only do they make sure title issues are identified and resolved WAY AHEAD OF CLOSING, they bring all the closing parties together (e.g. Buyers, sellers, surveyors, fellow agents, lenders, etc.) and it's always seamless. When issues arise with potentially delaying closings, they hop on the phone and do whatever they can to make it happen - even if it's not title-related. They also communciate regularly to let us know about the status of escrow deposits, updates on seller and buyer parties, and lender status when they have information. My clients have been very pleased with them. They are also very reasonable as far as title costs. If you are looking for a good title company, I highly recommend them. You will NOT be disappoint
