Extreme Maids

The service was good but they don't understand me and I don't understand them, its a communication issue. They just do the things that they want to do and then leave. Price is reasonable. There are a lot of things they wouldn't clean. Ana, from the office is a sweet lady, but the service is practically not working out for me.

We have been with Extreme Maids since August 2019 and we have received excellent service and the cleaning is great. When they r done our home looks and smells wonderful. The pricing is very reasonable also. Don't hesitate to hire them you will not be sorry!!!

Amazing! The cleaners did a fantastic job. I could tell everything was cleaned well. They did it very quickly and kept communication with me the whole time. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service. The teams that come to clean are professional and friendly; are pleasant to work with. The office staff, Anna, is always receptive and professional. Teams are always on time and if there is a change I am notified right away. Website is user friendly and convenient to schedule.

They cancelled all three appointments. No one ever showed up.

Since my last review the team that was cleaning our home was not able to return, we were sad. But Extreme Maids matched us with another individual this time and her first cleaning services for us a few weeks ago went totally great. More time was spent which is to be expected with an individual and not a team, also it was her first time to our home. But she was very efficient, personable, and did just an excellent job. We r welcoming her to return for our next service. I hope that my next review will be just as good as this one was. By the way we do not have any hesitation referring them to anyone that needs this service. You won't be disappointed.

Our family has been using Extreme Maids Bi-weekly cleaning service since 8-4-2019 and we couldn't be happier. They have always been very punctual arriving when they say they will arrive. The cleaning team always does a great job, very thorough, communicates well with us, respectful of us and the items in our home. I have not had an issue with the cleaning job they have done for us. The office staff is always pleasant to interact with, responsive, and makes sure that the customer is always satisfied. Their pricing is extremely competitive but the coolest part of their pricing is they make it so simple and that pricing is upfront, no hidden charges etc. Our family highly recommends Extreme Maids, so do not hesitate to hire them, you won't regret it!!!

It went great!! The first time my home was cleaned by Extreme Maids I had a deep cleaning done before having an engagement party at my home for my daughter. The team from Extreme maids was so thorough!! I now have them do a regular cleaning twice monthly to keep my home clean and I am very pleased!

I have actually never used a cleaning service for regular house cleaning, always felt that was my job as the home owner, but Extreme Maids has changed my mindset completely. I did some shopping around, there were some more expensive, some less expensive, but I have always felt that you get what you pay for. Extreme Maids has been awesome. I have a team of 2 that cleans my home every other week. I get reminders from the office via email, text messages on the day of cleaning from the team keeping me posted on when they will be arriving etc. The caliber of work being done has greatly exceeded my expectations. I have open communication with my team. If I want something done a certain way or whatever it may be, I just have to ask. They do an incredible job. I don't have to micro manage, or check the areas that they just cleaned to make sure that it was done thoroughly, it is done right the first time. I am quite surprised at how clean my home is using Extreme Maids. We have 3 cats and I thought will all tile there would be cat dander all around and it is not. Friends come over that are allergic to cats and they don't need to take allergy pills before hand, they actually comment that if they didn't see the cats they wouldn't even think that we actually had cats. My whole family is Extremely Pleased with our cleaning team and Extreme Maids all together. I do not hesitate at all to highly recommend them to family, friends etc. I made a smart decision when I decided to go with Extreme Maids. And like I said above, their pricing in my opinion is quite competitive. Take the leap and use them!

We hired ExtremeMaids to clean our house the day before we left for vacation. They did such a tremendous job. It was so amazing to come home, exhausted from vacation, to an immaculately clean home that smelled wonderful. While I will use ExtremeMaids routinely for deep cleaning, I will ALWAYS schedule them for a cleaning prior to vacation - what a dream it was to come home to!

Lets start by saying I am very picky. I have my own business and give exceptional customer service so I expect the same. Extreme Maids did not disappoint! Very professional. Quick to respond to emails and /or voicemails. Pricing is fair and work is excellent. Would definitely use again!
