Hello, My husband and I had our 2 bedroom house cleaned Monday. I was out of town when the house was cleaned. We were supposed to get a 'deep cleaning' and we paid extra to have the baseboards cleaned. My question is what does a 'deep cleaning' consist of? Were they supposed to clean the tops of the kitchen cabinets? What about underneath the exterior areas of the cabinet baseboards. Corners of kitchen tile under cabinets? Underneath the refrigerator? Missed areas: Cleaning in master bedroom and main room not complete in some areas, i.e. tops of shelves, night stands and items on stands, headboard area in master. Wall pictures were not dusted throughout the house. Do they use a cleaner to dust, or just a duster? Are they moving furniture out to get behind it and underneath it? They didn't use the proper cleaner on the bottoms of our stools and it left terrible streak marks. TV tops were not dusted...etc. It was disappointing to pay for a 'deep clean' and pay extra for baseboards and just get a regular cleaning.

I guess they read my review on Angies List and/or Yelp (same review) and they credited me back the $240 for the "extreme clean" portion. I did not ask them for this and was not expecting it, but as a company, they did the right thing which in these days is rare. Again, if you are looking for basic maintenance cleaning, I think they do a good job and I would hire them again for that, but I am very impressed that they did the right thing and reversed the "extreme clean" portion of the charges. Let me preface this with the fact that the home was pretty darn messy....dog fur pretty much everywhere and a master bath that was down right yucky. It was not moldy food or gross yucky - more like clutter. When I called to schedule the appt, I was answered and booked by a very friendly person. I requested a Saturday clean, however he said that it was M-F but on occasion they would have cleaners who requested Saturdays so I hoped for the best. I called several days prior to cleaning and was told they were checking into the possibility and never got a call back. I then called again and was told that I had to keep my Friday cleaning. Okay, no problem, I had to work but I left a detailed list with my sister. When I arrived home, I noticed that the home was clean, but it was akin to a regular service. They have 3 pricing tiers of regular / deep / extreme and I was sold the "extreme" and added on the cleaning of drawers for $20 - I left detailed instructions of how and what I wanted cleaned and also left all of the supplies. None of them were used and they didn't clean the drawers. I noticed that the next morning. The cleaners were very nice, but I don't think there is realistic expectations vs pricing. I got a regular to deep cleaning at best, but an "extreme" clean that tacked on an additional l $240 dollars was not visible. They were very leary of touching or moving anything which makes it a little difficult to clean. Again, I will say, it wasn't the easiest job, but that is why I went for the "extreme." If you are looking for an average light cleaning then this can be your company, but if you want someone to really clean, I would look to another company.

I've come to rely on Extreme Maids to care of all those cleaning tasks I just can't seem to keep up with! They do a complete cleaning of our 3BD/2BA house once a month. With multiple pets in the house, a 14-year-old son, and a 45-50 hour work week, I really look forward to that day each month where they whip things back into sparkling shape. I have tried other services that are slightly less expensive, but have found you really do get what you pay for. The Extreme Maids results are worth it,. I also like that it is consistently the same team that services my home - the women are very friendly and professional. The online scheduling and payment tool is super convenient, as well as the service reminders they send you the day prior to your appointment. It helps me keep on top of things and work around my fluctuating schedule. There is an option to add a tip online as well, so you don't have to worry about having cash on hand. They really just make the whole process very easy and stress-free, in addition to the high-quality clean.

I would recommend Extreme Maids to anyone who either doesn't like to clean, doesn't have time to clean or physically can't handle cleaning any longer. You won't be disappointed!

The team was a very nice mother and daughter. They went above and beyond! It was such a huge job as I haven't been able to do anything but rest after my back surgery. They worked for over 5-6 hours, and didn't leave until everything was sparkling. They even cleaned things/areas that I wouldn't have even thought of. It feels so wonderful to live in a clean house again. I am so grateful to have found Extreme Maids. (Thank you, Angie's List!) In addition to the incredible services provided, I also love that you can book online through their portal. Its so easy to select and edit the services you wish to have done and when. I love that you can add gratuity to your bill and have it charged on your card instead of having to remember to get cash out every other week.

The cleaning staff are great! They let you know when they will be at your home and when they are finished. I have use them for the past 3 months and they do a fantastic job.

Office staff was fantastic. The clean was not very good- called and complained and they sent the team out the following day to correct. Overall good experience.

Pretty well, however, there were a few stains/cleaning streaks left on floor and shower door.

Extreme Maids did a great job. It felt like I had a new house when they finished. They cleaned the baseboards, the fans, the blinds, the floors ect. Nothing was left out, I could not have done a better job myself.

Now into a couple of months of service, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. I have learned to relax when April and her sister come to help me out. They are so sweet with my silly dog who like to take their mop head, lol. I appreciate the quality cleaning which eases my mind and life.

The 2 ladies worked super hard and I was really impressed with how clean the whole house looked when they were done. The landlord came by at the end to inspect the cleaning of the house and even climbed on a ladder to inspect ceiling fans. The cleaning passed his inspection! I plan to hire again at my new place.

They were great. Very enthusiastic and hard working. They went through entire house with us when done to be sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. Then they called following day to be sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!

Other than the top shelves, it was excellent. The 2 housekeepers were great. They did not rush, they spoke English and they were non-smokers. All this was very important to me. They did an excellent job of cleaning the floors, refrigerator etc. The service did call me twice during the clean to see how things were going, which did impress me. I would hire them again and use the same 2 ladies as they were wonderful.

Wonderful as usual. They have a great routine as they tackle the rooms to be cleaned. My broken back has been life altering, and they take great care working around me. It has been a pleasure seeing my clean home, and I should have started sooner with Extreme Maids.
