EXPRESS AUTO GLASS

We had an excellent experience. He scheduled when and where then he showed up. He did a great job. We paid him then he left; it was an all around good experience. He showed up in a timely manner and fixed it within an hour. The gentleman was very straightforward. He did his work quickly and efficiently. It was a little invasive interaction. The car was pretty clean afterwards too. I have no negative remarks at all. He showed up early actually; he got an extra opening so he showed up a few days in advance. We had scheduled on Monday but he had an opening on Friday.

False advertising to get business. Poor customer service in showing up for scheduled appointment. Poor follow up of complaint had windshield replaced on 2011 Camaro in November with Express Auto Glass in Tarpon Florida. Repair Attendants were late over three hours to appointment, didn't call that they would be late, then when contacted earlier in day stated they were late due to working on another car. Advertisement stated they would handle all claim forms but after completed service I was contacted that I must contact my insurance company to file the claim. I completed the claim with my insurance company and never received any confirmation that claim was collected by express auto. After one week I contacted Express Auto about advertised gift card which I did not receive and they sent my an email to get credit to a web site called restaurant.com which I saw on white page online site that 25 dollar gift certificate can be purchased for three dollars. As I attempted to look at the supposed gift certificate site it listed a very few restaurants that can be chosen and there is a minimum amount of purchase of approximately 35 dollars with a lot of the restaurants. It's obvious express auto is using false advertisement to lure business and provide inaccurate info about a gift card using connection with a web site restaurant.com that provides minimal availability of restaurants to use
