I can't imagine how it could have gone worse. Without exaggeration, not a single sentence this company has said to me has turned out to be true. The service they provided was half the speed and 25% more expensive than the promised, and quite unreliable. They promised to fix it within a few days -- I have not been contacted by them since (despite calling them multiple times each week for more than 3 weeks). I'm so disgusted I've cancelled my account, and they have the nerve to try to charge me a cancellation fee (despite never delivering what they promised). Do not, under any circumstances, do business with Exede Internet, at least not in the Tampa, FL area. They are incapable of speaking the truth and once they get your credit card information, you'll never hear from them again.
