On a positive note, Jose is very knowledgeable about pool equipment. When I met with him, I explained what had gone wrong with our prior pool service (the pool water was being tested at the pool equipment versus the actual water in the pool) and Jose agreed that that should not be done. I also explained that for security reasons, we cannot leave the door to the pool enclosure unlocked and that I would work with and accommodate his schedule so that I could be at home when he came to unlock the door to the pool enclosure. On the second visit, despite my car being in the driveway and with no phone call or text from him, letting me know he was at my home, Jose left a note on the door telling me to unlock the door next time, doing the very thing I had told him was a problem with our prior pool service. No chemicals were added to the pool and the pool water was never tested, nor was the salt generator replaced. I am not sure why he did not ring the doorbell - the note took him longer to write. We told Jose that he could keep the balance of what we paid him, which he seemed happy to do.

Technician is always very responsive. Pool looks great. We had a different SVC and switched to Evolutions. Former SVC could not keep chemicals adjusted properly or clean filter well. No such issues with Evolutions.

Jose is professional, responsible and proactive. While away on vacation our new pool pump failed. Jose took care to prevent further deterioration, contacted the folks who installed the pump, contacted me by cell. Jose promised to maintain the pool as necessary until the problem was rectified. We returned to a pool that was in perfect condition. He is a GEM in an industry wrought with lesser quality service. Thank you Jose!

Jose came out before we had our pool demolished and completely remodeled with PebbleTec and all new tile and a new salt system. He came highly recommended by our pool remodel company, and they were not wrong. He is very professional, as I'm sure everyone involved with his company is. He gave me a price on what it would cost for a weekly service and has surpassed all my expectations. Definitely one of the Good Guys!
