Generator installation was fine, however John Esler demanded full payment as soon as the job was done, which unfortunately my wife paid him. He never got the inspection completed. In January, 2008, he sent an email saying that he would get the inspection done that week, which never happened. He did not return multiple phone calls after that and has apparently disappeared without a trace. The permit is now expired, with the inspection never having been completed. I later received a letter from another electrical contractor who claimed that they had found several installations by Esler that were not completed according to code.

The process went outstanding from the logical selection of just what I needed for the home to the installation and activation of the generator. Nothing but top notch customer service every step of the way. If you need a home or business generator Esler is the company to call.
