Erwin Electric sent two men to my house to install some LED fluorescent lights for me. They were professional, prompt very good workmen. They did the job promptly, efficiently and cleaned up the work area. I highly rescind Erwin Electric. Having built snd repaired Nuvlear Power Plamts for 37 years before I retired, with up to 387 of my own employees I believe I have the expired certificate to evaluate this company.

These guys are absolute professionals! I have had them do work on 4 occasions, and find them to be reasonably priced, totally honest, neat, courteous, and true artisans of their trade. My wife could not get over how good the finished work looks and I appreciated the explanation of what they did and why. I asked them to inspect wiring in the attic and they reported it was in excellent condition and did not require replacement; I report this because these guys would never perform a service just to make money, they only do what is professionally required. They also give a military discount!!

The patio lights look and work great. The ceiling fan worked fine until about a week ago when it started tripping our breaker. Erwin warranties their work—so the company sent out a electrician to check ASAP. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a very satisfactory resolution. Their service from estimate to install to repair was prompt, courteous and professional. I recommend Erwin Electric and would hire again.

On site work was performed by Travis and Frank. Erwin Electric performed an thorough pre contract review and plan. They took a completely demoed kitchen and rewired the entire premises into a different configuration. I also had Erwin to run two 220 volt lines from the new electrical service to the attic to enable installation of an elevator and the transfer of the laundry room to the upstairs master bath. All work was done in an outstanding and professional manner. A minor warrantied issue with a GFCI was quickly rectified by Frank.

It went well. I called them to fix an electrical outlet that went out. Then, they found a lot of other issues that really helped me a lot because there were smoke alarms that were not connected. They fixed it in a prompt and professional way. I will hire them again, if needed.

It went great! This was an urgent situation due to flooding from the roof, Irwin fit me in the same day I had called, They got the job done and went above and beyond working with the city of Clearwater to get utilities turned back on. I have used them before for my business and let me tell you they are the most professional group of people I have ever worked with. I can't thank you enough!

Working with Erwin Electric's staff is a pleasure. I've had the whole kitchen remodeled and they have been done all the electrical installation. All the technicians wee very helpful and went over and beyond to solve any unexpected issues. On 6/19/18 Alex from Erwin Electric came out and found faulty transformers to be the cause of our problems. He also suggested replacement w/ LED fixtures and promised his office would provide quotes for both the repair and possible replacement w/ LED's. A week later we had heard nothing further so I contacted the office and Eric told me they had no info from Alex regarding our repair or request for a quote. Eric promised to follow up and get back to me by day's end. I heard nothing so 2 days later I called back and threatened a negative review on Angie's List. Within a few hrs, I had the quotes. Since no one could explain why the replacement LED's would cost $800, we decided on the repair only and scheduled it for 10 days later since we were going to be out of town. I called the day before the repair was scheduled and was told they had no record of it. They said they could schedule it for the next day, but then found out the new transformers hadn't been ordered and would take a week to get. At that point I requested to speak to the mgr of Customer Service. James Dale was very helpful, expedited the new transformers and the repair was completed before the end of the week. Because of the problems we'd encountered, Erwin did not charge us for the labor to install the new transformers, only for the cost of the transformers. While we appreciated this, we'd have much preferred for their service to live up to their A rating on Angie's List.

We dropped the ball and I agree that it was not the level of service that you should have received. I am pleased to hear that James took care of you and waived the labor costs associated with the replacement of your transformer. Although I believe we have made significant improvements to customer service since your work was completed I will share your comments and concerns with my staff to make sure this does not happen again. From initial bid thru final completion I could not have asked for better service. Prompt communication,immediate followup to phone calls,total professionalism by management. Electrician on site also professional and thorough, left the kitchen spotless. Couldn't ask for more.

Very happy that we decided to go with Erwin for our job. 200 amp upgrade with 100 amp and spa sub panels, ceiling fan box, and misc repairs. A very friendly and helpful team. Most of the work was done by Brad and Travis. They are excellent electricians and take the time to do it right as if it were their own house they were working on. Everything they did works perfectly and looks professional. James and Eric were also helpful in getting things scheduled since the timing needed to be coordinated with other contractors.
