He was very knowledgeable, polite and saved me money.
Description of Work: I called Marvin to find out about a potential mold problem. My sink overflowed and went into the apartment below. It also went under my carpet. Instead of him coming out and doing a mold test, he told me what I could do myself to save money. He told me how to treat the carpet and what to do in the bathroom first and if that did not resolve the problem, or if I felt I had cold or allergy symptoms then I should call him. He followed up about 2 weeks later to see how it was working. I would recommend this company by his honesty and knowledge. He explained everything to me.
