Very well. He showed up when he said he would . He uses excellent webbing and the workmanship was excellent.

Have used Ron before. They do a great job and are reasonably priced for the quality of work. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ron was very responsive, arrived at my home and immediately diagnosed the issue as the webbing needing replacement. He gave me a quote and picked it up exactly when he said he would. He thought it would take a bit over a week to get it back but he took it on Monday and returned it on Thursday. He had replaced the webbing, checked the foam cushions which were in good condition, and added some fill. My sectional looks and feels like new, even though it was purchased in 2002!! And I no longer feel like I'm sitting in a hole. The sagging is gone. See before and after in the photo.

Ron and his associates did a a magnificent job. They installed new webbing under the cushions and new foam in the cushions. A twenty year old sofa now looks and feels as if it is brand new.

Love the end result, was hoping they would buff up the wooden legs too - but that wasn't done.

They did a perfect job and were $100 cheaper then Walt's Upholstering. I highly recommend Elite Upholstery, I would not go anywhere else!

it was fabulous I love my pillows they look great and I'm proud to have them in my living room when people come by, and he is so great to deal with himself.

They offered to come and get the chairs, but we had no problem dropping them off.  They were very busy, and had loads of furniture there to be done.  I remember seeing at least four people working.  We had the chairs back within a week, and they look great.

We contacted the owner based upon good reviews in Angies List.  He was friendly and gave us a price over the phone based upon our description and an emailed photo of the chairs.  He gave us an estimate of 3-4 weeks and the chairs were done on time.  We picked them up yesterday.  The workmanship was very good and they had carefully matched all the chairs so that the pattern was identical on every seat.  The dining room chairs had a double rope trim detail that was done perfectly.  We were very happy with the results.  Please note that this company does not accept credit cards for payment - cash or checks only.  We will definitely use them again.

I called Ron at Elite Upholstery and he gave me his email address.  I sent him pictures of the chair we needed reupholstered as well as pictures of the material I had already purchased.  He gave me a quote and I took the chair to his shop.  I asked to have the chair reupholstered exactlly the way it was originally (buttons in the same spots, piping, seams in the same place, etc.) and they did.  I was concerned about the pattern being straight with the button tufting but they did a good job.  I also asked for the excess fabric and they remembered to save it for me.  Ron estimated the chair would be ready in 3 to 5 weeks and it was finished in 4.  Everyone in the shop was very nice.  Ron told me they stand behind their work and to let him know if there's any problems.  We're very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.  

After seeing Elite Upholstery's great reviews on Angie's List, I gave the workshop a call about bringing my chair in.  The next afternoon, 10/17,  I drove to the workshop with the chair and fabric.  Ron, the owner, came out to my car, looked at the chair and gave me an estimate of $300.   Before I left the chair, Ron warned me that they were backed up with orders and it would take a while to get to mine.  I didn't need the chair back right away, but appreciated knowing that it would take a while.
On 11/26, a message was left on my phone that the chair was ready for pick up.  It was sitting in the "vestibule" area of the shop with the other completed orders.  I walked right past it!  The chair had never looked so good.  I was presented with the final bill and it was a bit less than expected.  Ron pointed out the workman who had taken care of my order.  I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name, but he did an incredible job. 
On both visits, the shop was very clean and orderly.  Everyone was busily working, but still chatting with one another and greeted me in a friendly way.  I'll go back there with any future upholstery needs and will certainly recommend Elite to all family and friends.

I purchased 10 yds. of tapestry fabric from a furniture store with intentions of having my small wing chair and ottoman re-upholstered to coordinate with some new furniture.  I was referred to someone by the sales rep at the furniture store but we had difficulty connecting and it turned out they were extremely back logged and wouldn't be able to finish the job until the new year.  I decided to join Angie's List to find a reliable upholstery business with good reviews.  After reading several great reviews about Ron at Elite Upholstery, I sent a message and provided a picture of my furniture.  Ron responded very quickly and provided quotes for the chair and ottoman, the cost of pick-up should I need it, and advised that the project would take about 4-6 weeks.  I have a very busy work schedule and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find time to drop the pieces off, but Ron said I could drop them off as soon as the shop opened at 8:00 am.  There are workers in the shop at all times so someone would be available to take my chair and fabric. The shop is a very functional garage-type setup around back of some businesses off of Gunn Hwy. and Linebaugh Ave.  Ron gave good directions so I didn't have any trouble finding it.  There were two friendly gentlemen at the shop when I dropped off my furniture and fabric.  I was a little nervous about the shop getting the fabric mixed up with someone else's order but was reassured that wouldn't happen and they took the time to make sure my name was on the bolt of fabric.  Ron contacted me later that morning to confirm he had received the chair, ottoman and fabric and said he would be in touch with me when it was finished.  
Much to my surprise Ron called about 2 weeks later and said my chair and ottoman were finished.  I met Ron at the shop and was very pleased with the beautiful work.  The fabric pattern was expertly laid out on the furniture, the piping around the cushions was finished exquisitely.  The fabric on the cushions and framework was very smooth with no unusual puckers or pleats.  The finishing fabric under the chair and ottoman was re-done and everything looked beautiful!  I'm very glad I joined Angie's List and found Elite Upholstery.  I would not hesitate to use Elite Upholstery again and will definitely refer Ron to my family and friends.

I called Ron and told him that I had 6 dining room chairs whose seats needed to be re-upholstered.  I had already had new seat frames made.  He gave me a rough price over the phone and told me where I could get fabric and how much to purchase.  They would handle everything else.  I brought the seat frames and fabric to him on 9/20 and he said that he would have them ready in about 2 weeks.  Much to my surprise, I received a call on 9/26 (6 days later) that they were ready for pick-up.  When I got them, they looked excellent.  Ron and his workers take pride in their work and it shows.

It went well. The chairs came out beautiful. The sewing was very high quality work. I am very pleased with their outstanding work and the customer service was good.

I found the company to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable .  And wow, the craftsmanship of the work that they did for me was incredible.  They took my great-grandma's smelly victorian sofa and turned it into a thing of beauty again.  They had to completely replace the jute and stuffing so it was a pretty involved job.  I was so impressed with their work and I would definitely use this company again without hesitation.
The only negative in the whole process was that I had to wait 8 weeks for the job to be completed.  (But to his credit, the owner let me know that this would be the case up front.  He just had lots of work to get to ahead of mine.  So I completely understood.)

Upon speaking with Ron, I sent him a photo of the chair we wanted reupholstered. He gave me a quote and made a few suggestions as to where to purchase the fabric. I scheduled the pick up with him and approx 3-4 weeks, the chair was ready and re-delievered. It looks like a brand new chair.

I had four kitchen chairs upholstered.  The seats were disassembled and taken to their shop.  They were returned and reassembled in approximately one week.  The quality of the job was excellent.  My interaction with the serviceman was very professional.  He explained in detail what was going to be done.  I highly recommend the company and I will definitely use them again.

Ron (the owner) just makes it easy.....returns phone calls in a timely fashion and handles all jobs in a professional manner. Love my new chair cushions!
