Elite Roofing Services replaced our entire roof and we could not be happier with the service we received from them. They were punctual, professional and very eager to earn our business. Kimberley Sanford gave us a written estimate that was lower than other estimates we received and provided the license, insurance forms and references that we asked for. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job, cleaned up daily and finished the job on time. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I spoke to someone on the phone at Elite Roofing to come out and give me a bid on my re-roofing project! They said they could be there in 2 days on Friday! Great! Friday comes...nobody shows up. I send them a quick email asking what's up. They do not respond. I then wait through the weekend to call them again on Monday. The same woman I spoke to the first time I called then swears that they did see it on Friday (that's funny, I certainly didn't see them there)! She then says that they need to huddle up in the office later that afternoon to discuss the bid. Apparently they needed 4 whole days to discuss this. I took this to mean, "Well h*** we forgot on Friday so we need to get our butts over there today so we can bid." I knew she was lying, but quite frankly I just want my roof done so if they were willing to go out there again that day then it's water under the bridge. Of course, nobody showed up, they never called back, and my email the next day was met with deafening silence. UPDATE: After 6 days, they finally sent a bid. I didn't end up going with it and the timing was really bad on their part, but in the interest of fairness I did upgrade them here for actually sending a bid over.

I have used Eliet Roofing for over 5 years. I only use people who do what they say, and do the job well. Their work is outstanding. Their people peofessional. Their fee is fair. They are responsive, timely, and easy to deal with.

They are one of the best contractors that i deal with. They always perform with the highest levels of professionalism and speed. Their work is always top notch and they are the only roofing company I will use.

Elite staff were very polite, professional, arrived on time and completed the work as per schedule. During initial consultation, they even used a new iPad app that showed me how my home would look with the new roof choices we were considering. This helped us pick the perfect color for our home. Everything went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the outcome. We love our new roof and would certainly recommend them for any roof replacement projects!

I have a new business in the Tampa area, and we deal with contractors daily. I can say with confidence Elite Roofing Services quickly became my favorite to deal with. First and foremost Elite answers their phone and calls you back! Elite, after our initial talk, had an estimator at the job later that day, and provided an estimate before the business day ended. They were able to start work within 1 week and their price was VERY competitive. After signing everything, they got all required building permits, and started on the set date agreed upon. Their crew was on the job early with superintendents overseeing all work. I personally came by at the end of the day and was blown away with how much they had done and the quality of work. This was not a simple re-shingle job. The roof required structural members to be removed and replaced and also had water damage. Then they installed the new roofing membrane system. The job was finished by lunch on day two and completed final inspections. They left the job site exactly as they found it, taking all construction debris with them. My team decided to replace a majority of the remaining roof later on. We called Elite again. The story is the same as above. Quick response, great price, better work, all documentation provided and completed! Their people are very helpful and knowledgeable in the office and their construction crews can get it done right the first time. Beyond great service and sound work, my business uses Elite because their work is warranted, and that warranty is transferable. When they finish a job I know it was done to code, at a fair price, and with all documentation necessary. Not every licensed contractor is the same!
