Estimated time of receipt was 3-4 months. In October we were told it would arrive in December. In January we were told February. Finally I found an HONEST employee at the corporate office in Ft. Myers that the owner had not been paying this distributor, Irwin and Sons, and that is why I hadn't gotten my furniture. I spoke to the distributor in Georgia who told me that there were many local people in the same situation as me. My furniture had been sitting ready and shrink-wrapped in China for months but would not be released because of the amount of money the Elegant Outdoors owed them on all their outstanding orders. Irwin and Sons helped me make arrangements with another patio store to get my furniture. I immediately went to the store and got a full refund (in March)! They are changing names and liquidating so many people may be out thousands of dollars. DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER FROM THEM!
