Electrolux (Aerus)

I contacted this service provider based on the "ELECTROLUX" name brand from the Angie's List contact information listing and discovered there were name brand issues with what I bought at SEARS. My unit purchased at SEARS was not serviceable under recent AERUS name rights to the ELECTROLUX name brand. Inquiries to the Angies List (North Dale Mabry listing) are referred to an AERUS area sales representative. Angie's List members will need to know that service to an "ELECTROLUX" vacuum cleaner purchased through discount retail outlets are probably not serviceable through AERUS. If a call is placed you will receive a message/visit stating such and a pitch to puchase another unit (high end price compared to your original purchase). In summarry, the Caller will need to confirm with the AERUS representative "if" they have an actual/defined ELECTROLUX product (as defined by brand name rights).

Aerus offered to come to our house for free even though I had fixed the power head. We agreed so he could look at our system. John Lewin found our system operating well but suggested we replace the brush in the power head. We agreed and he did the replacement. In the end, we paid $47. for the brush and $20. for labor.
