+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for a pest technician to inspect my home in an effort to prevent wasps from entering my home. I was given a 2 hour appointment window of 1 to 3 PM Monday, April 4, 2016. I took the afternoon off from work to be present for the appointment at great inconvenience. The technician was a no show. I phoned Ehrlich at 3:30PM and was advised that I was on the schedule, they were sorry and would message the technician. I never heard anything back from anyone. So I phoned again at 5:30PM, reached a call center. The center rep apologized and I was advised that they would message the branch. I never heard another word from Ehrlich. That was Monday. I expected some follow up by Ehrlich on Tuesday, but heard nothing. Now I am writing this review Wednesday morning. All that said, I am going to another provider and will never contact Ehrlich again.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing. The were a no show and did not honor their appointment.
