The doctors and staff were great, the office manager was extremely unprofessional. They provided care, it was however expensive. When I had a problem and presented it to the office manager, she screamed, yelled at me and then threatened me with telling the doctor that I treated the staff badly. This is untrue as I have always said, Yes Sir and Yes Ma’am, so not sure what she meant. Not sure if I will go back simply based on her behavior towards me.

They are very informative with what the animal's problems are. Dr Danielson is excellent and goes above and beyond making you very comfortable when your animal is not well. I would highly recommend him and the whole staff and I will continue to go to them.

They are very good, great service and I've been using them for 22 years now.

He is completely taken care of there.

They do everything good. His nails are trimmed so good. He comes back so clean. His ears are done very well.

I go every 2 months for grooming.

I have used them for probably 20 years. They always take care of the animals. He had 10 teeth removed but did remarkably well.

It turned out that he had an ear infection. They always seem to find something. Overall, I don’t think they’re expensive; I don’t think they’re cheap. You have to wait a long time. Just the fact that you wait so long. While I was in the room the vet tech was going over our record. The vet tech didn’t believe that I’d bought heart worm protection from them. She went on and on. I bought it hear and I bought a year’s supply. She was very rude. I sent them a note on their website. For her to say that really made me mad.

If it is time for their check up, we get those done while they are boarded.

They are expensive, but they are worth it. They kiss and love our pets. We believes they give us the best service. Always available for questions. Their pre op and post op are amazing.

I love this place. All the doctors are very personable and know what they are doing. I have had three dogs here now. Over the past 15 years they have never let me down. Every part of the clinic/boarding/grooming work together like a well oiled machine. I would recommend this facility over any other.

my and quot;baby' was a badly mistreated rescue dog who i adopted many yers ago many years ago - he has overcome many additional problems including a run in with a buffo toad -DR Wynn has always been there for us and with he wonderful care he has survived and has grown into the most wonderful little guy there is - as he ages we are working through more health issues but are very confident that he will receive only the very best of care for the rest of his life - Dr Wynn has also taken on the challenge od providing all the emotional support his and quot;Mommaand quot; needs!!! Dr Wynn has taken care of all of our dogs since she joined the practice - she has become part of our family

Dr. Danielson and Dr. Saleh are the Best Guinea Pig and Rodent vets in Florida!!! My friends guinea pig had bilateral cystic ovaries. She was loosing hair on her sides and belly. Dr. Danielson stayed through his lunch hour just so he could treat her guinea pig. I have been taking my guinea pigs to Dr. Danielson for over 4 years. He has a special interest in rodents. He is very knowlegable but also listens to the owner. He and Dr. Saleh understand the need for guinea pigs to be seen in a timely manner when they get sick. I have always been able to get an appointment on the day that I call except for one time when neither of them were in the office. They are exotic vets that do not charge exotic vet fees. Their fees to do oral surgery on a guinea pig are so reasonable that I thought at first they must of made a mistake on my bill. They and their staff are pure professionals who really do care about owners and their pets.

My dog is suppose to be near the end of her life.. We've been treating that way for the past year and a half. We always see Dr. Wynn. She does her best to comfort me and my dog. She does such a good job that none of us expected her to still be here!!
She is the most compassionate and competent vet I have ever been too! No matter what type of animal we've brought in she's handled it. Dogs, cats, large parrot and rabbit. Nothing seems to phase her. In fact I had never seen anyone besides my sister handle her parrot. Dr. Wynn picked her up flipped her over and checked her out all over. Even my sister was shocked!!!
Any time we've had test run, someone calls the next day. Dr. Wynn even called me three months after my last appointment just to check on me and my aging dog. She love my dog even when she farts up the entire waiting and exam room!
We drive about twelve miles to go to this office. I can't imagine taking my dog any where else.
We love Dr. Wynn (and the other doctors!) and the wonderful staff at Ehrlich Animal Hospital!
