Description of Work: Disconnect and drain the two water heaters in the attic. |- Run hot and cold water lines to new heater location in laundry room. |- Install new 50 gallon electric water heater in laundry room. | |They are simply the best! So professional, kind, easy to work with and wonderful to mom super senior mom. Blessed to know them & to have them as a resource to help my mom whenever the need arises. She has used them for years and only trust them to do any type of plumbing work. Like all the other work done in years past, this job was done on time, on budget and perfectly. | |

 + -1 moreWe have been using Edenfield for many years; in fact my husband's grandfather used them back in the 50's and 60's too. They called ahead to let us know they could come earlier than the agreed-upon time, if we wanted. The service tech, John, was right on time. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We asked many questions and he answered every one, and did so in a manner that was easy to understand without talking 'down' to us. John used shoe covers in the house to keep from tracking dirt in. He removed and took the old toilet, garbage disposal and spigot with him so we did not have to worry about disposing of it ourselves. He also pointed out a coupon on their website that we could use. We were VERY happy with his service and expertise, and will not hesitate to call on them again when we need assistance.
Description of Work: Installed a new toilet, garbage disposal & outdoor spigot. Allso repaired a dripping faucet & changed out a shower head.

Description of Work: Purchased new bathroom fixtures through the company. Mike came out with a Moen book and we selected replacement fixtures for all bathrooms. Then, he and his crew replaced them all. They were thorough, clean, professional...I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreThe plumber arrived on time then spent 15 minutes getting his tools together to come into the house. Overall he spent 1 & 1/2 hours at my house in total (the 15 plus 75) but charged me for two hours. I complained and he said that was what he was told to do. I advised him I was a member of Angie's List and would reflect that in my comments. The next day the owner, Mike Thornton, called me and said he was issuing a $45 check as he had made a mistake. In three or four other jobs that Mike himself did for me (before I was a member of Angie's List), he did an excellent job and his price was quite reasonable. I'll probably use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a replacement Kohler kitchen faucet (only the faucet) in a very difficult place.

 + -1 moreMario, the technician who did the repair, was very professional, prompt, courteous, responsive and did excellent work. The final cost actually came in below the estimate given after finding the problem and before the repair actually started. Mike, the owner, who I only dealt with over the phone was also very professional, prompt, courteous and responsive.
Description of Work: They installed a new shower value and piping to the shower head. Had a leak in the elbow by the shower head. Since the value was very old decided to replace it also. This company has done excellent work at my wife's business for years. So when we needed a plumber at home we naturally used them to replaced a leaking toilet seal, repair a leaking faucet and now the shower leak.
