We have used Edenfield many times.  They are our go to plumber.  They have always done an excellent job.  They are very professional, responsive, punctual, reasonably priced and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our problem.

We have been using Edenfield for many years; in fact my husband's grandfather used them back in the 50's and 60's too. They called ahead to let us know they could come earlier than the agreed-upon time, if we wanted. The service tech, John, was right on time. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We asked many questions and he answered every one, and did so in a manner that was easy to understand without talking 'down' to us. John used shoe covers in the house to keep from tracking dirt in. He removed and took the old toilet, garbage disposal and spigot with him so we did not have to worry about disposing of it ourselves. He also pointed out a coupon on their website that we could use. We were VERY happy with his service and expertise, and will not hesitate to call on them again when we need assistance.

The plumber arrived on time then spent 15 minutes getting his tools together to come into the house. Overall he spent 1 & 1/2 hours at my house in total (the 15 plus 75) but charged me for two hours. I complained and he said that was what he was told to do. I advised him I was a member of Angie's List and would reflect that in my comments. The next day the owner, Mike Thornton, called me and said he was issuing a $45 check as he had made a mistake. In three or four other jobs that Mike himself did for me (before I was a member of Angie's List), he did an excellent job and his price was quite reasonable. I'll probably use them again.

Mario, the technician who did the repair, was very professional, prompt, courteous, responsive and did excellent work. The final cost actually came in below the estimate given after finding the problem and before the repair actually started. Mike, the owner, who I only dealt with over the phone was also very professional, prompt, courteous and responsive.
