I've been using him for a while. It's a family owned business. The sons came and they were gentlemen and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased. The sons are adult people. These are very responsible young men. It was the father that came. He brought 1 or 2 of his sons with him, and now his sons seem to be taking over, and they know what they are doing.

Jim did a great job replacing the circuit board in the garage door opener saving me from having to buy a new one.

Courteous, on time. He's a small outfit local to Tampa Bay, but I was fine with that. Referred him to a close friend to had the same experiences of service quality a few times.

Not slick or pushy; just did what I wanted plus a little more (greasing up the garage door rails when I mentioned a squeek. Definitely a repeat.
