Dynamic Carpet Care

The carpet and rug looked fine. The ceramic tile did not look clean when he was done. There were place, you could tell where my cleaning had stopped. I pointed out a stain, and that was cleaned very well. There were many places that looked like they had been ignored. He told me there might be some marbling due to staining in the grout. Ok, that's understandable, but there are many places that were just plain still dirty. He did take the time to scrub them. I wish I had saved the money and continued to do it myself.

Originally asked to stretch the carpeting in my bedroom. Upon arrival, he told me it would be way too costly to move my 28'' TV and stand. After that, I said go ahead and clean the carpet in the other rooms. After it was finished, I allowed it to dry and upon inspection, I wasn't happy with THAT work done, either. There were still some areas that needed more attention. I called them to express my discontent, he told me when he would consider stopping by when he was in the neighborhood. We all know what kind of answer THAT is.

Dynamic Carpet came right to my house and picked up my rugs. He gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. I also asked for photographs of one rug because I intend to sell it. They sent me the photograph and they delivered and brought one rug into my house. They were fantastic.

Everything went well. I had to stand at the door to prevent our pets from getting out as the compressor/vac was in the truck, but that was not a big deal. Carpets have their color back, look almost new.

My father had an accident on his carpet. Needless to say I needed service asap. It was the day after Christmas, so most businesses were closed. I spoke with John, and he was able to fit me in his schedule. He was able to get the soiled carpet completely clean, and did some other areas while he was there. He was very nice and understanding. Did a great job!

These are good guys to deal with. Responded to my phone call in a timely manner, gave an accurate quote over the phone. Arrived at the appointed time with punctuality. They did good work. I gave them a B on price because I thought close to $200 was spendy, but quality comes at a price.

Everything went very well. John got the carpet thoroughly clean, moving the tables, chair and sofa to clean as much of the area as possible; he extracted enough water for the carpet to dry in a reasonable amount of time. He did not pressure me to add extra treatments; he explained the situations when extras arebeneficial, then left the decision up to me. He even gave me a pair of ?carpet booties? to put over my shoes so that I could walk on my carpet while it was drying. John took extra time and trouble to get the grout in my shower looking good. It was very stained from the rusty water in the old pipes the house used to have. The grout on my tile floor also had had some caulking mixed in or over it, so it could not be treated like ordinary grout. John explained that cleaning alone wouldn?t solve my problem, but he had a restorer and sealer that could get the grout looking almost like new. I?m very pleased with the results. John was also very punctual and professional. He spoke with me on the phone the first time I called; he phoned me as agreed just before the appointment we?d set up and arrived at my house reasonably soon after the call.

There were two men that cleaned my carpet. They moved furniture for me and moved it back. They did livingroom, dining room, hallways and one small bedroom. They were very polite, on time, did a thorough cleaning. They charged me 120.

John did an excellent job. He was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his company, which is family owned and operated.

Our experience was good. We used them in several of our properties. They do a really good work. We had them do several things and we call them all the time. We haven't had any complaints with any of the things that they do either they are showing up or their work, so pretty happy with them. Their price is reasonable.

They took two oriental rugs and cleaned them and brought them back to us. They looked good when they came back.

John deep cleaned carpet that I had written off as ruined. We were pleasantly surprised when everything that he worked on was significantly better than expected. He cleaned wall to wall carpet, oriental rugs, standard area rugs, and our outdoor patio carpet. He was professional, thorough, and even followed up to ensure that we were satisfied. Highly recommended. Will absolutely use again and again.

John and his team arrived on time, worked quickly, very respectful of the other home owner in the complex. The condo HOA are not the easiest to work with. Explained in detail the process, the products he was using, and the amount of time it would time to complete the job--- then took the time to explain again to the absentee home owner on the phone,. Did exactly what he agreed to do, for the exact price, with outstanding results... Carpets and tile looked amazing...Both I and my client are very happy customers.

It was a very good. The price was reasonable and they are clean. They got right to work and were very professional.
