They did an excellent job. We used them a few years ago to remodel our kitchen and liked their work so much that we had them back for the bathrooms. The service men are very friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with both their skills and friendliness.

Dream Renovations is an excellent company that does top quality work, and more importantly stands by their work. Jeff didn't think twice about replacing the lights for me, even though he didn't hear about the problem until 2 years after he finished the original job. Their Fieldstone product is top of the line, and all of the hardware on the equipment, such as the sliding shelves, the drawers, are holding up perfectly and still look beautiful. My wife thinks very highly of all of the employees that worked in the house, including the electrician, the tile installers, the cabinet installers, and the granite countertop installers. They worked hard, were very friendly, and they were all PERFECTIONISTS. This level of perfection delayed the final completion of the work by a couple of weeks, but it was well worth the wait.

The project ran significantly over schedule, but remained on budget. There were unexplained, unexplained delays and significant employee turnovers. However, the price, all be it high, remained on target. In the end, additional costs were presented to us. However, without signed change requests and some contract dispute, the issue was dropped.

DID A NICE (BUT NOT PERFECT) JOB WITH THE CABINETS. EMPLOYEES ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND APPEAR TO BE HONEST. JOB BEGAN A FEW WEEKS LATER THAN PROMISED AND TOOK A FEW WEEKS LONGER TO FINISH UP, BUT COMPARED TO THE KITCHEN REMODEL HORROR STORIES OF OUR FRIENDS, THIS WAS NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN DESIGNING AND BUILDING THE KITCHEN ISLAND AND CABINETS. THE COLOR AND DESIGN MIRROR THE ORIGINAL KITCHEN CABINETS. JEFF TOOK OUR IDEAS AND DISCUSSIONS AND TURNED THEM INTO PRECISELY WHAT WE WANTED.

EVERYONE, FROM THE KITCHEN DESIGNER TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. RAY, THE DESIGNER HELPED US TO PLAN THE BEST LAYOUT FOR OUR SIZE ROOM AND ALL HIS SUGGESTIONS HAVE WORKED OUT VERY WELL. JEFF, MADE SURE ALL THE CABINETS ARRIVED AND WERE INSTALLED PROPERLY. CHRIS THE CABINET INSTALLER DID WONDERFUL JOB, IN SPITE SOME CHALLENGES WITH THINGS BEING LEVEL. CARLOS, CREATED AND INSTALLED A FABULOUS COUNTER TOP. THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE IN SHIPPING TO ONE OF THE DRAWERS AND THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF REPLACING IT. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH A COMPANY THAT HAD SO MANY PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE SO MUCH ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IT HAS BEN A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH QUALITY KITCHEN & BATH SYSTEMS AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. SINCERELY, LINDA MALPASS
