Everything about this company is top quality. I can't imagine a better job! The staff is kind and very helpful. This is a house that was flooded during Hurricane Helene, so we still have a lot of work to do but having beautiful floors really gets us motivated to finish the rest of it soon. I am utterly blown away on our entire 1600 sf residential transformation with Diamond Surfaces Hemingway water-proof laminate flooring. We previously has Mirage Lock engineered hardwood prefinished cognac stain flooring, which could get scratched and dented if you are not very careful. On the initial estimate visit Johnny Bass (owner) answered all our questions and provided suggestions, which made us feel completely at ease, so we decided to go with DPS flooring. My wife was undecided about which color flooring to get and was going back and forth in her decision, when she finally made up her mind Johnny was very patient and accommodating. His crew consisting of Mike and Ty displayed a very professional and skillful work ethics which I admired greatly. Being the professionals that they are, they left our resident clean during and after their daily work was done. Mike and Ty were easy to talk to, when we had concerns regarding the flooring, their workmanship is outstanding; a great job!

Co. was able to work around my schedule. They showed up on time. Got right to work and worked steady throughout the day taking minimal breaks and we’re able to get the job completed in one 112 hour. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous the attention to detail and the workmanship is spot on

We had water damage to our engineered hardwood floors following Hurricanes Milton and Helene. The team at DPS was responsible and professional during the entire process. They really took their time ensuring that the work was done properly. The repair to the floor is undetectable and looks as good as new! We plan on using them for future flooring projects. Highly recommended!

Dps did a great job on our floors. They removed our existing carpet and tile in our foyer and replaced it with luxury vinyl floors. They did an amazing.

I give 5 stars for quality of work and getting the work done in timely manner. DPS installed engineered hardwood in one of the rooms and it looks really nice now. They took some time to scheduled the installation, but got the work done as promised. Price was slightly higher to other quotes which I received from other contractors. Overall experience was good from start to finish.

DPS is a very reliable and professional company. Johnny Bass was wonderful with communication and completing all work in a timely fashion. He found us a beautiful slab of granite for our countertops. The plumbers and granite installers were very professional also. We are going to use DPS to remodel another bathroom. I highly recommend DPS Flooring & Home Remodeling!
