Doors Locks & Keys

First the technician as he called himself.  Was well over 1:45 minutes late.  After nearly 3 and 1/2 hours he had put the two deadbolts back and one lever handle was loosely attached to the door.  The last lever handle after many tries he could not get back together .  He said it was broken.   He offered to put a door knob handle on for free.  Great since that is a $15 dollar handle compared to $150 dollar handle. By now it was very late I had called or original number and she made it sound like it was MY fault that the handle broke.  It was working perfectly before the  man took it apart. She started badgering me ...how old was the handle, had I ever had it re-keyed.  How long ago.  The handle had been there for as  long as I can remember since it is my storage unit and I own the building.
After repeated requests to leave I put duck tape over the hole and had to pay REAL locksmith another $200 dollars to fix all the locks and replace the broken one.  He said the pins had been dropped out... and lock could no longer work.

I called them to get a locksmith. They said it was $15.00 dollars in 15 minutes. The job took over 2 hours and they charged us $127.00 for the job.
