Even after the door was installed I had a handle brake. I called them, they ordered a new handle, came out and replaced it. There was no charge and to me that was unbelievable after a year of being installed. It was very appreciative.

They answered all of my questions regarding doors and hardware. Everyone was very professional from the office staff to the installer. They installed the doors in the time promised, even though it was during the busy Nov./Dec. holiday season. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results, and would highly recommend them.

In this case they didn't do the job, they did something better - they treated me right at their own expense. They have done two great fiberglass doors for me in the past and they will be my provider going forward.

DoorPro was very professional, punctual and customer focused - when I told them I was getting my house painted and hoped they could install the door before painting, they worked swiftly and was able to install 2.5 weeks from order date!  It normally takes 4-6 weeks from order date!!  I would use them again, highly recommend them and have a neighbor who is interested in using them now.

Love Door Pro. They respond quickly to phone/email inquiries. Everyone showed up on time for appointments (measuring & installing) & kept me updated with phone calls. Installer (Paul) worked diligently in extremely hot conditions. Installation completed in one day.

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns as well as answered all my questions.  The measurements we're taken at 11 a.m.  this morning and I received an e-mail estimate an hour later with a follow-up phone call from Diane. I eagerly paid my deposit to get construction of my door under way and look forward to the next step when my door is ready for install.  
I expected the entire job to be a few hundred dollars more than the estimate I was given. With what we asked to be done, you can't go to a hardware store a purchase a new door unless you want the same $800(+install)  security risk glass slider.....


Update: I had the door installed 2 days ago. It's amazing. The technician that did the install work went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my door purchase. He explained how the door install. He was even nice enough to help us figure out the positioning on our alarm system. 

The whole process from start to finish is under two weeks, I enjoyed that they pulled the permits for me and even set up the inspection. I would definitely use this company again.

It went very well.  They were efficient.  They showed up when they were supposed to.  Mark is always knowledgeable about what kind of doors to put up and gave suggestions on different designs of the glass.  He is a very upfront and honest guy.  I recommend them to everyone.

It was a wonderful experience and they were an A+ provider to work with.  Their prices were very reasonable.  When the door came in they called us.  The also set up the delivery and installation and the salesperson was very knowledgeable.  It went like clockwork.  We are considering going with them for two additional doors this year.

Installer arrived the day/time we were told to expect him, he did complete removal and install in one visit.  He was very meticulous fitting the new threshold, sidelight and door assembly.  Old door, framing were completely removed down to concrete/block surround.  New framing was installed and treated wood used to avoid future decay issues we had with old door framing.   Install was very clean, installer did a great job cleaning up after himself, even vacuumed up sawdust in yard.

Would not hesitate to recommend or reuse Door Pro Entryways.

It went well. All the doors were installed with professionalism and we are very happy with the quality. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago about a potential problem with a seal around one of the doors and they sent someone out in a couple of days from the contact and fixed the issue. Thank you.

I bid this job for three new doors and install out to three different Door Companies. DoorPro had the best bid. They installed two weeks quicker than stated in the contract. Paul the installer did an amazing job. His attention to detail and thoroughness was second to none. Absolutely the best expeirience with a contractor I have ever had. I would highly recommend DoorPro and their staff, Dianna, Mr. Leek and Paul.

Mark and Dianna are hands-on owners that provide excellent assistance during the buying process with no questions left unanswered... and if you don't know to ask, they make sure you learn about what's important.  Paul, the installer, is a craftsman... very meticulous and seems to take great pride in his work.  The prices were competitive; I was impressed with the quality of the doors, hardware and installation; doors look great and the overall service was exceptional. The county inspector commented on the high quality installation. Highly recommend considering DoorPro for your needs.  I will use them again.

The company gave me numerous options for a replacement of our side garage door.  They gave me all to costs up front in detail so I was able to make an informed decision.  No hidden or vague terms were ever used nor any strong sales tactics.  I would definitely call them again in the event I ever need to replace another door.  Needless to say we love the new door.

Everything went great starting with my very first phone call with Marc Leek when he was friendly, informative, and scheduled a date to come to my house for measurements.  He arrived that day in December 2013 on time, took his time with evaluating the the area where the block was to be cut out.  I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge and his cheerful and positive attitude when answering all my questions.  On 12/31/13 (New Year's Eve) I went to the store (conveniently located) where I met with his lovely wife (Diana).  Diana was equally knowledgeable and  and helped me to make decisions on various options. She even gave me the option of either having the installers who work directly for their company or hire Jack to do it separately for somewhat less money.  She explained that either way, the job would be warranted. I ended up  choosing the regular contractors, although I have no doubt that Jack would have done an equally superb job. I then paid a deposit, and she explained that after all the materials were ordered and then put together by their trusted and very skillful expert (Jack), that she would then call me to schedule the installation.  The next day, I had a concern about something, so Diana sent Marc back over to address my questions and make sure I ordered the right thing. The installers began the project on 2/6/13 and came back and completed the job on 2/7/13.  I was very impressed with everything they did including how they even made a protective barrier out of wood to prevent excessive concrete dust from getting inside the house.  They were polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their work.  Unfortunately, I didn't have the antique brass door handle and dead bolt, so they temporarily installed a door knob instead.  However,  I was assured that they would come back once I got the right door handle.  I appreciated that they took the time to clean up and remove all the debris, and I paid them the balance when they left.  When I couldn't figure out how to open and lock the latch on the top and bottom of the doors, I called their office, and Diana immediately scheduled Marc to come back over in a few days to show me how to do it.  So, Marc arrived that day, and demonstrated how to operate the door properly, and helped me figure out how to order the proper door handle.  I actually ordered 2 (one for the French Doors and one for the bathroom door).  So, once they arrived, Marc came back on 3/10/14 and not only installed the door handle on the French Doors, but offered to install the one on  the bathroom door as well.  Obviously, he didn't have to do that, but that's the kind of guy he is.  He also helped me make a decision about which tile to choose for my lanai.  I can't say enough good things about Marc and Diana, and the contractors who did and excellent job with the installation.  I also called the store again a few days ago and asked Diana a question, and as always, she very patiently answered my question.  Every time I called the store  both Marc and Diana very patiently took the time to answer all my questions.  I highly recommend "Door Pro" to anyone looking to purchase well made doors and be provided with excellent and ethical service.

We priced and searched for double entry doors and found Doorpro. Mark and Dianne were great. They showed us many different styles and inserts and did all the permit work. They set up the install with there regular installer and we used there recommended painter to stain the doors. The finished product looks great and we are very happy with the complete process. doorpro did it all. The whole job was perfect and we would highly recommend them.
