Dolphin homes of Tampa bay

A complete remodel with kitchen and 5 baths took 22 months and is still not finished as of 2/2/14. There was double billing of over $60,000 that we know of today 2/2/14. Jevon Fernandez was in charge of all double billing and billing of items that we do not own. The items that we do not own are not included in $60,000 of double billing. 2 Wolf Microwaves, a Wolf 6 Burner gas stove, 3- Sub-Zero refrigerators and 2 Mielie Dishwashers. There was multiple plumbing leaks. A contractor left an open supply line to a laundry room sink that ran for an entire weekend resulting in ceiling damage in our kitchen. We were billed for the repairs to the kitchen ceiling. The plumber installed our master bath tub and did not test our tub for leaks. After one month's time the ceiling in our office under the master tub began to fall in. We have now are dealing with a mold issue in the ceiling between the floors of the office. Still no resolution as of 2/2/14. The plumber left an open supply line to a toilet and forgot to cap the line resulting in a major flood that lasted for hours. Drywall, baseboard and kitchen cabinets had to be removed and reinstalled all at our cost. The air conditioning company did not connect the drain line for the air handler in the attic above our master bedroom resulting in our master bedroom ceiling, floors, drywall and crown molding having to be replaced. We were billed for the mistakes caused by the air conditioning company. Still no resolution as of 2/2/14. Dolphin Homes ordered the wrong refrigerators. Dolphin Homes would not order new refrigerators. We had to order new refrigerators at our restocking cost of $5,600. We were billed for multiple appliances that we do not own and the appliances we do have are the wrong serial numbers. We have no warranty on our appliances due to Dolphin Homes not using a authorized certified installer to install our appliances. Cliff Fernandez stated that a woodworking company would provide construction drawings to our kitchen, baths and closet. They did not supply construction drawings which resulted in them building the incorrect cabinets for our kitchen, bath and closets. We were billed again for the corrections to our kitchen, bath and closets. Then billed again from them for the install of kitchen, bath and closets taking multiple times. As of 2/2/14 we have had no resolution from that company and Dolphin Homes regarding all our kitchen, bath and closet cabinet issues. Tile, electric, AV and finish carpentry subcontractors were told by Cliff Fernandez to increase there billing to cover damages done to the floor of our home.
