About us
Ludwig Maxwell has been working as an inspector for more than 30 years throughout the state of Florida by providing service to many different aspects of the building industry which helped him to achieved 3 master home inspection certifications and working on his 4th master certificate. With this type of knowledge, he has been recognized and awarded as one of the board members for the local Tampa Bay Chapter of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). At times, he has worked as the Superintendent for a General Commercial Contractor for his younger brother that owns a major Commercial Construction Company. This company works all over eastern United States and does construction for private as well as government agencies. Working for his younger brother as a supervisor and getting to know the inspection side of the business is what got him started down the road as an Inspector and knowing how important not only the inspection is but how it can affect the customer. Divinity Inspection Service, LLC is a 2 to 4 man team and their goal is to provide you with a thorough inspection. A thorough inspection will help you twofold. Inspection will also reduce the risk of unexpected and costly repairs. A completed inspection should leave you with a feeling of confidence about making any house a home/investment for you and your family.

I forced him to come out and he was, unsurprisingly, rude and abrasive. It was fun to watch him try to lie about everything he could, but I had already been briefed by a different, professional inspector.
Ludwig didn't bother to do the 4 point while he was there, although I paid for one. I lost a couple days off my closing and had to pay for a second inspection.
That's what I get for trying to use the internet to find contractors...
