 + -1 moreOverall, the end result was exactly what I anticipated, a smooth closing. It was a bumpy ride (almost closed a few times but the date always got held up with a new problem from the seller).
Description of Work: I used this company to close on my home. It was one of the longest closings I have heard of to date (it took almost 9 months before we closed on the property). This was due to the seller having some issues on their end to get the title cleared. Diversified was helpful and always willing to answer my calls, even after hours. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
