My 2004 VHS-C tape contained family stories told by my late brother, and I made copies that had become very special to me and his children. I intended to make a newer DVD for his grown children as a record of how funny and clear were his memories of long-gone family members. The tape had aged and was almost unusable on my equipment so I went to Angie's List to find a good, local company to try their skills. I sent an email to DigiSavit, A-rated and fairly close, and Donna called back very quickly. I took the tape to her office and within 48 hours she called to say the DVD was ready, with the color, clarity and memories back as I remembered them. I immediately ordered another DVD for me. After I picked them up, I emailed my nieces that good memories would be coming their way. Many thanks to Donna and DigiSavit for such professional looking case covers and a DVD showing my brother as I remembered him, great stories and happy to be sharing his memories with his family. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Tampa to bring their old films and tapes up to the 21st century tech level for their younger family members to see and enjoy.

First off I have to say - before I saw the first DVD I was already blown away. JoAnn and Donna had taken screen shots from the film and VHS tapes and made a customized cover for each film. I expected stock photos but no - each cover was thoughtfully put together - a family member couldn't have done a better job! Now on to the DVD's ....they clean and lubricate each film so as to get the best quality possible. My parent's wedding was in 1963 and a great deal of the people (not my parents thank goodness) have passed on, but yet are alive and vibrant again - as if you could reach in the screen and hug them once more. The VHS's were not THAT old but it was great seeing moments from my past long gone. My wedding from 1999 and a drum solo contest from 1993 in DVD quality! Lastly they restored an audio reel to reel with my parents talking about my pending birth! That was surreal in that I wasn't a "he" or "she" yet. I can't recommend Digisavit any more than I have here. They have the utmost reverence for the source material and treat your memories as if they were their own. AND they are funny!!! JoAnn and Donna are fabulous! I very much enjoyed working with them to create a DVD for our granddaughter's high school graduation. I found this provider to be very efficient and responsive. I provided both hard copy photos (some had water damage) and submitted some photos through Google Drive. Joann worked diligently to crop out the water damage on the photos and all photos look great! She added background music and the DVD is wonderful! I will definitely use this provider again to create DVDs!

Donna and JoAnn are terrific to work with: fast, friendly, conscientious, and reasonably priced. The end product was better than I imagined. Trust them to preserve your irreplaceable home movies.

From the moment I met with the company, I felt that my memories were in the best hands possible. And that was certainly the case. They did an absolutely fantastic job and were very timely in getting the job completed. In my opinion, they really are very reasonable. The quality of the films is amazing given the ages. Having done this long desired project, next I plan on letting them tackle the pain of scanning my slides.

We had about 75 reels of really old movies and dozens of slides that we wanted preserved. DigiSavIt did a great job cleaning and restoring the film and transferring them to DVDs. They created a really great content library for each resulting DVD and made copies for our family. They got the work done much faster than expected and the cost was much less than I'd thought it was going to be.

I was very pleased with Donna and her video transfer from my husbands very old 8mm movies. the family loved the DVD format so they can enjoy their childhood memories. Donna asks that you bring your movies to her and not mail them so there is no chance to loose them in the mail. She is very professional and friendly. I have recommended her to several friends.
