Poor customer service. Paid for 8 hours of house cleaning services ahead of time. Appointment was for 12:30 pm. At 1:30 pm no one had showed up yet so I called the company since i had not received any notifications or updates on my service. The person who answered the phone said their alternator broke and someone should be there shortly. Finally two hours after my scheduled time someone finally showed up. I didnt appreciate the lack of communication and felt like if i did not call the company they would have never updated me. I will not be using this company again and if i had not already paid for the services in advanced i would have canceled and taken my business else where. Cleaning services were okay but not worth the poor customer service.

They were very thorough and professional. After the estimate, they sent 2 people who stayed for over 6 hrs to get the house ready. After the job was complete, Bryan came over to inspect to make sure everything was done up to their high standards. It was expensive but in line with what other people charge for these services.

Honestly, the house was cleaner than when we moved in! I can’t even begin to describe how amazed we where. The house was spotless even after living in it for three years. They even took the trash left behind by the movers! This is my go-to company for any cleaning that needs to be done. Definitely worth every penny. Speaking of pennies, for the service I received, it was a bargain.

When I ask them to do something they are willing to do it. He comes and walks the unit himself, so he knows how many staff it will take to clean. Price was a pretty good deal. I have used him for other real estate. I have a big mirror and you need a step ladder to get the top and after the first time they have not cleaned the top of that mirror. I have noticed little things like the shutters and bedpost not being cleaned. He is professional and the staff is ok.

I have physical limitations and it was difficult to clean my house to the standard I wanted. I decided I had to get a cleaning service. Dietz Cleaning was the right choice. They did a fantastic job!! My house which is over 2,000 sq ft was cleaned from top to bottom. They even cleaned the outlet covers. When they were done my house sparkled. I had hired other cleaning services before but was always disappointed with the standard and quality of service. But Dietz exceeded my expectations. I plan to hire them now on a regular basis.

Four people, including Bryan, showed up to to the job. They thoroughly cleaned every room to our expectations. Bryan brought his ladder & cleaned ceiling fans & the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The stainless appliances were all shining in the kitchen & outdoor grill area. The inside of the double ovens took some time to clean & they look brand new! The price ended up being more than what was quoted, but everyone worked hard & was very polite. We definitely recommend Dietz!

Arrived at 2:20 instead of 12 to 1 time slot but called ahead. None of the blinds were dusted. Sinks and tub cleaned. Floors mopped. Only tops of furniture cleaned. Bathroom sink cabinet not dusted. Outside of appliances were not wiped. Wall cabinet not dusted in living room. This is a small house and was already mostly clean except for fore mentioned items. No clutter to clean around. One person household.. The satisfaction guarantee states if " the company is called within 24 hours and the customer feels the service was not up to expectations, the company would reclean the areas at no additional charge--no questions asked." The company was called the next AM. The owner stated that there would be an additional charge since they had put in the 2 hour time. I will not use Dietz Cleaning Service again nor recommend them.

We have highly trained cleaners at all jobs. Plus, we provide Frequent quality inspections. Called Customer several times to schedule big deal. Deal had expired but we honored the deal purchased. Finally, could set up the appoint. Customer was very uneasy from the start to I decided to come the home to explain how the deal worked. Deal: $89.00 for Four labor-hours of thorough housecleaning (one cleaner for four hours or two cleaners for Two hours each); extra time can be purchased for an additional $30 per hour Includes all cleaning materials, but service provider will use member-provided products, if preferred Cleaning can be customized to your individual home's needs We arrived at 2:20 and Left at 4:38. We stayed over time specified. We stayed for Almost 5 hours even though customer purchased four hours. At arrival, I personally explained to customer what areas was important to her because Deal may not cover all areas of home. Customer agreed to have bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and then we would start on other areas. Unfortunately, with deals, customers purchase hours and if customers need a first-time cleaning 2 hours is not sufficient sometimes. All worked performed was agreed to satisfactory by customer when finished. Yes, she called back next day. Unfortunately, we have delivered on the deal, we were there over the 4 hours and Deal specifically says as shown above if extra time is needed it can be purchased for an additional $30 per hour. I have told customer that we would gladly come back but because she purchased a deal we would have to charge extra to finish the home. We urge all customers to call us before buying the deal to make sure the time purchased will be sufficient to get the entire home done with the time frame specified. I will gladly at no charge come to any home to make sure deal purchased will be sufficient to get job done so this way all parties involved will be satisfied. At Dietz Cleaning Services, we Treat all customers with respect and provide high quality cleaning."

FANTASTIC- from the first cleaning to the every other week maintenance, they have been superb. I can trust them in my home when i am not there.
