 + -1 moreWe experienced multiple delays. We were supposed to be in the house by July 2013 and finally moved into an incomplete house in November 2013. We are currently in dispute over marble in kitchen and butler pantry, travertine, workmanship on front balusters and a punch list of 41 items. They have been disrespectful, contentious and unwilling to do what's right for the client. There was minimum supervision on the project. The home was underpriced, resulting in numerous overages and poorly managed. In fairness, the home is well built according to our independent inspector but their attention to detail and unwillingness to deal with many aesthetic issues is terrible. We would not recommend this builder and if we had the chance to do it again, would not.
