Signed a contract for service with Devcon but after the first month, was billed by Pinnacle Security and now my account was sold to Monitronics! I am stuck with 2.5 years left on a contract with a company I did not even sign up with! I have no idea how that is even legal.
Furthermore, there is a major issue with a sensor installation that leaves a major security hole in the coverage but I was told it could not be corrected.
