I have used them for years. The workers are fine. They are professional and do a good job. No complaints. One worker comes out to complete the project and it takes about an hour.

Actually I have to call them again to come out and do the preventative maintenance. They've been good. I've been satisfied with the work they have done for me. The way I work with them is that at the first of the year I get their service contract $569 and they give me two visits. So I have to actually renew that but I just haven't gotten to it yet. For any repairs they charge extra but they will give you that key preventative maintenance. I think that their response time is good. When I've needed them, they've gone out of their way to respond. I think that their people are skilled and they know when something does go haywire, they know what to do to fix it.

They got it done right away! We were so happy because it was going to be painful without air in the Florida heat! Previously, they did a whole system replacement for us a few years ago and they have always been very professional every time we have used them!
