Dennis Paull

Dennis is the best.  We were referred to him by a friend.  We were moving to Florida from another state and did a lot of communications through email.  He was always and timely with all of his responses.  He was also quite understanding with how we preferred email communications, since phone conversations were difficult because of our schedules.  He also delivered a beautiful house to us that even met up to our admittedly difficult parameters and managed to do so within the 1-2 days that we would be in the area to look at houses. He very calmly dealt with the extra challenge with having our two small children us for the showings, at some points even holding the baby.  He was helpful throughout the whole process and since then even helped us with subsequent issues.  He's even helped us with acclimated to Florida.  We would highly recommend him to anyone.
